What a great experience. I really needed something to be cleaned and I called your place and was told it would be no problem. It was 12:30 in the afternoon and Jerry said "just come on in and let the person know that he said it was ok". When I showed up at 1pm, they said "let me check" and then I told them that Jerry said it was ok and they immediately took my order for that day and then made it happen. To expensive and still had some stains
It would have been just a 1 star, but luckily the person in the front was nice. First of all, the credit card machine wasn't working which made the transaction take a long time. Also, I was assured when they charge my card the next day that I will have a 10% or 15% discount from the total that was given to me from some type of deal they had, but I checked my account and got no discount at all. I'm not sure if I'll come back here, but they did do a good job cleaning my 2 suits.
Reg:. Women's shirt collars-- I always need to press mine before wearing. I know my husband's never looked wrinkled. Que pasa?
I felt the cost of the dry cleaning was significantly higher than what I have paid at other locations. Even with the $10 off I still paid $17 for only three jackets to be cleaned.
I had a shirt/top and pants pressed only and I was told I could pick them up after 5 pm. I can I. At 5:20 pm to pick it up and was told they weren't here, they were still on the truck. Don't tell customers they can pick up after 5 if that's not the case. 2. You charged me $6.72 for pressing only, that's insane. Not happy at all with the service that was provided or the amount that was charged. Not likely to return if this is how customers are treated. Also not likely to recommend to friends and co-workers either.
Shirts were not ready next day as promised, had to drive to Orange (in rush hour traffic) to pick them up so I could get them back in time for job interviews. The Costa Mesa store worker offered no apology or helpful solution, just that she could see the order should have been complete but it was not, she charged me full price ($16) for my pants. The worker in Orange was much kinder and apologized profusely, I was comped the cost of the shirts ($6) but it cost me over an hour of unexpected driving at the peak of traffic. If ... read more
After dropping off laundry Monday of last week, I was promised it would take a week, but would be delivered yesterday. We even checked to make sure the driver could leave extra bags as we were new clients. I have no idea who has our laundry now, but it's not us. No one ever showed up at the house.
