Our delivery person is less than friendly. Seems angry at times.

I have been taking my comforter covers to Kona prior to the new ownership and never had any issues. Since Kona I have had to ask repeatedly for each comforter to be placed in its own bag and it very rarely happens. Today I went into pick up my covers and there were three or four comforters in one bag. I asked the young man working what I need to do to make sure they get bagged separately. He looked at me and said "well it's in the notes, it's the people that bag them" and made no effort to fix it. Every single time I go in t... read more

The dry cleaning was great, but they did not fix the rip in my pants. I was upset by I have to wait 3 extra days for them now.

I take my suit jacket in to get cleaned and one of buttons to be fixed. They fixed the button on jacket. But they don't clean the jacket. I really need the jacket. The lady at the cleaner said she would rush it for me. Went back the next morning and they said it would not be ready until 5. How is that rushed. Then went back at 5 jacket still not done. Girl said customer service would call but no call. Not going back to that cleans again

The prices here are way to high for me to continue doing business. $2.50 to launder a shirt? I don't know why people still keep going here. $5 to launder dress pants? I don't know why these prices are so high! I'm taking my business elsewhere. Service was great. Don't get me wrong. Prices are just too high.

Service was great, work was fine. The prices were very high however. $6.50 for a pair of pants is $2 over the average.

Have been a long term customer. Recently a couple shirts were ruined. I had a 20% off rugs coupon and when I picked it up it was difficult having the discount honored.

I don't want to be unkind, but having to make 3 trips to pick up one item after having been told that it was ready seems to me to be unacceptable. In fairness though, in all these years that I have patronized your store, I have had very good experiences.
