Worst experience ever. They list two of my items and it took over 2 weeks to get an answer. They finally said they found them, my husband went to pick them up, and had only one of the two items. I tried to call then, but apparently it was too close to closing time. I was put on hold until 6:59, then they hung up on me. I called back and got voicemail. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!

The front was not steamed correctly. This is a graduation gown and the front creases were crooked. It was like the person purposely put a large wrinkle in the front. Very disappointed. But the customer service person was AWESOME. Very friendly and kind.

Clothes were great, but the young lady that opens up in the morning at the store on laminate is not customer friendly

I needed 5 pairs of ladies slacks altered due to weight loss. The price was reasonable so I opted for alterations. I paid for them and brought them home to try on. Not one pair was altered the way the person Who fitted and pinned them. So, I brought them back to be corrected. One small job on a pair was to sew a hook closure on the waistband. You ruined my sweater and denim and never got back to me about how you would fix it. Yiy still have my sweater and never even gave it back

Do NOT tell clients their clothing will be in after 5:00pm. Rather tell them as soon as your clothing is received we will text and/or email you. We made 2 trips to pick up our clothing only to be told it was not in as yet. We will end up making a third trip today. Do Not waste ones time.

I thought the service was fine and the clothes came out fine, but you are just too expensive.
