Jacket pressing poorly done
This is the third time that specific laundry instructions were provided and not honored. What does it take to get it done right? I’ve been patient and it seems I end up disappointed each time.

I dropped off 10 shirts. At the time of pick up, one of the collars was warped ( badly wrinkled due to pressing); the attendant said she would have it fixed for the following day but I still paid for all 10 shirts and reflecting I picked up 10 shirts but I only actually picked up nine.
Been coming there for years always do good work, but this last time i was really disappointed, all my shirts were wrinkled, i had to leave them to be redone ' i actually had to go buy a new shirt for work today because all my work shirts were at the cleaners, hope that never happens again or i will go elsewhere.
I was not really happy with the outcome.
Had requested to change the Velcro set on my winter jacket, but Kona only changed the loop part and NOT the hook. Very disappointed with my first experience and I even gave them more time to make sure it was correctly done. Clearly it was not. Most likely will not go back here.
