FIRST and LAST time customer. On Saturday morning I brought in a brand new jumpsuit that I had accidentally damaged the zipper on. I had removed the damaged zipper and bought another one exactly the same to just have it sewed on. You guys took it upon yourself to dry clean shirts for over 5.00 each when they were always laundered for 1.80. I did not notice that until I looked at my bill. If this is not rectified, I will be using service elsewhere and let my co-workers at Beckman Coulter know of this as well
Change prices I should have asked how much just never thought it would cost 7.21 to dry clean a pair of pants will not be back
I brought in a duvet set and short jacket to dry clean using my $25 coupon. The cost was $33 for the duvet and $6.75 for the jacket. Since I was using another coupon for my alterations (Nancy is the best!) I could not use both so still had time. I returned and had the the above dry cleaned and applied the $25 coupon. when I first ever went to this cleaners, it was BOSTON CLEANERS which changed o KONA cleaners, I was quoted a price by Jackie for $12 to put a metal zipper in my pants, however, when I received an email to let me know my pants were ready, the price changed to $14 dollars, , I had taken my sister's dresses in as well and was quote a price of $7 , I went outside to let my sister know the price, ok I went back in and said ok my sister said ok, then I was quoted a price of $8.25 , my sister said that's ok, I will go somewhere... read more
You need to clear the late charges exc on my account if you want to keep my business
The cashier didn't tell me that the blinds were going to be about $25 per blind and I had four of them. I was shocked to know the full price for cleaning a set of blinds came to about $100. I could have purchased a new set of blinds for this price. I really wish he would have told me the price for the blinds, because I wouldn't have had the tear sown and cleaned. Great place clean, great assistants and Super Remodel...however.. 7$ for one blouse is over the top expensive.. sorry to say after 18 years..too expensive
