During my last visit the computer system did not work. I had to provide my credit card so the owner could copy the numbers and then she copied the numbers incorrectly. Along with misplaced clothing or 6 out of 10 times to ask me if I was a customer there. Ever since they changed their location the service has not been substandard. Maybe it’s time to search for a new cleaners!

I had brought one of my workshirts in to have a button replaced, after it had fallen off recently. I did not actually have a button for the replacement, but I was assured by the gentleman working the front counter that it would not be a problem. Fast forward to Yesterday, 11/6/19, which is 2 weeks after I was notified that my shirt was ready. (I know, I kept forgetting lol) I picked up my shirt and took it home. Too expensive!!! For a 2 piece suit, $15.04 It doesn’t matter if it’s a 1 day turn around. It’s not like I have just one suit. Just too expensive. Going somewhere else. Customer service is good. Employees are nice.

You are very close and convenient store for me .. we started using it .. but we have come up to the conclusion that your prices are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH!!!! Even with using organic cleaning ! The other day I gave 2 dresses and they asked for 70$????? 😳😳😳 We have loads of cloths every week but unfortunately with your prices it’s an insult to our intelligence.. we feel like it’s a rip off !

I was quoted $30 for a dress, so I didn’t leave it to be cleaned. Out of my 3 pairs of pants, one was brand new and ruined. The leg looks melted. There’s a strange pattern burned into the fabric and the seams are discolored now.

poor customer services, failed to inform if the price for 3 cotton tee shirts, surprised at the cost almost 20 for 2 cotton shirts. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never use again , Shirts/blouse terrible. Would not reco.mend to family or neighbors even though it is 1 mile from home. poor quality for the price charged.
