This was my second visit to Kona Cleaners and the second time I was informed that the seamstress could not hem my pant, that it would take 2 weeks. The first time I was told it would take 3 weeks. Considering driving further to Norco where I can get the services I need.

Greetings! In the lasr three years of doing business with Kona Cleaners , I have had nothing but five -star service. In this last episode, however, the suit pants i brought in to be altered were not done. They were cleaned along with the adjoining suit coat, and I was notified, as usual, by text that they were finished . So, I paid for the service and left the pants at the advice of the clerk . The cleaning of clothes is OK, but the ironing is horrendous. Regular clothes come back not ironed well. A continuous problem. But when I have a special request, e.g., the collar of a particular shirt must come back ironed up....every time it may have been ironed so the collar stands up, but when I get it, the collar is no longer standing up. I wear this shirt a lot so it's a continuous problem with no apparent solution. I miss Crown Cleaners. I miss good service. I'm thinking of going somewhere else.

Upon dropping off my clothes, I politely requested that my French cuff shirt be cuffed with the complimentary cuffs Kona provided in the past. The young lady said she would see to it. When I picked up my shirt however, my simple service request had not been completed. When I made note of it to the cashier, she flipped an attitude. But I’m the one paying $14.00 for a single shirt and a pair of slacks. If anyone should have an attitude, it’s the paying customer. You guys have to get better! I took 2 shirts in to be mended. I picked them up took them home I discovered one of the holes was not fixed. So I took the shirt back and they corrected the problem. No big deal.

I normally am pleased with Kona cleaners, with their fast service and kind workers. But I was just charged $24 to clean a coat! I figured it was a mistake , as I have never paid anything close to this amount for that type of item. Unhappy

Since Mary Ahearn is out the girl replacing Mary is not too friendly. I did not receive a text nessage when my clothes were ready, and she does not say hello or talk much.
