Worst experience and customer service. This happened previously but I have them another chance considering it could be just a one time thing. But I went back again against my better judgment and they failed again. Took 13 days to get an alteration done and they couldn’t explain why after the deadline loved back three times. Each time I was told a manager wasn’t available to talk or one would call me. Worst company and will never go back.

We have been sending out the alterations from the store to another one of our tailors. Our alteration work load has been heavy and I apologize that you were caught in the middle of that!
You lost our tablecloth and about 15 matching napkins. Despite having a picture of it when I dropped it off, your company sent me back a multi-colored plaid tablecloth that could never have been confused with my light solid beige, brown leaves in a few places tablecloth. The lady at our location has sent in an inquiry but I haven't heard anything from her.

My dry cleaning was “lost” twice. I was promised my cleaning the next day and when I went to go get it they couldn’t find it. It was my needed uniform for work the next day.

This was my first time at Kona and it was and still is a disaster ! I dropped off my 2 suits and 2 shirts on Saturday for same day service....When I returned only 1 suit was ready and it’s unknown what happened to the rest of my clothes.. The employee made a few calls to the driver and the plant, but only at my request. They were unable to locate my clothes. I was told nonchalantly to come back on Monday (even though they’re open on Sunday) to see what happened to the rest of my clothes......To be continued ! What burns me... read more

Very upset you took over one week to hem a pair of slacks I told you I need right away. I came in the day before I was leaving for a trip and the woman I spoke to had attitude and I went in my trip without the much needed slacks . VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I was told my order would be in after 3pm the next day . I came in at 3:45 and only part of order came in. Fortunately it was not of critical need, but tells me that your business is not very reliable. Plus your prices are outrageous. Probably won't go back!!!

I took 9 slacks for press only. The total charge was 35$ and that was with a 25% off. Prices are outrageous. I have tried you twice I will not be coming back. I’ll make the extra 5 mile drive and pay 2$ for press slacks.
