You took over one week to hem a pair of pants . I spoke with someone on Tuesday, that was not very friendly , I told her I needed this right away for I was going out of town , well they did not get done until I left town. Sad

Had a custom curtain altered and was shortened 4” too short. It is ruined. Do you not measure prior to altering?

$13.10 to clean a windbreaker first and last time visit overpriced! Great service but priced too high just my opinion windbreaker should be in between 7 to 10 dollars to clean.

You do a great dependable job. I am concerned about some pillows i sent in last September needing new zippers, thanks to one of my dogs. I recieved one back but two have not been returned. They cannot be replaced! I have called a few times and told they would be returned done soon but i still have yet to see them. Can we please get them fuxed and returned ...two and a half months seems like more than enough time!!!
I specifically asked for my 9 pieces to be pressed only because I washed the garments before I brought them in. Somebody somewhere made a mistake and had my garments laundered. Mistakes happen I get that. I hope that is the only time it happens because I will take my business elsewhere if it happens again.

First time at this business. Asked about the pricing and ok Adt said she would give me a 10% discount for my first time. Never received it.
The store is close and convenient to our house. Clothes are clean. The store took wire hangers from me to recycle. I had them from cleaning out my parents house. I was grateful because I didn’t want to throw them away.
Thanks for acknowledging us vets. It seems that these days the Liberals are trying to tear down our country. No respect for Police, etc.
Quality of work is good. What's beginning to fail is customer service. Employees used to be pleasant and actually remembered my name. When I drop off my bag of laundry/dry cleaning, I also used to get an e-mail confirmation showing the number of pieces and the day when my clothes would be ready for pick-up.
