We ask for no starch,but shirts are so stiff they stand up like cardboard. Also dry cleaning items come back pressed so hard that they are imprinted by anything that lines inside of garment. Tommy Bahama shirts look horrible!

You lose my clothes; some come back stained with black dirt- you deliver me some one else’s items- I’ve mentioned it 3x and am going to drop you if I don’t get back my missing clothes!!

Everything was just way too expensive for the work done. Great place but I just felt the prices were unnecessarily high

My son's military pants where not hemmed properly and when I picked them up nobody could fix them. So now he does have pants.

I received the text that my order was ready. Got there and only a part of the order was ready. Very frustrating!!! Now I have to go back again when the rest arrives.
I like your cleaning service even tho i had a somewhat frustrating experience my first time. But you contacted me and I would refer you to everyone I know. I did however try to use your alteration service to have a zipper put into a leather vest. I was told it could be done. The next day I am told it can not be done. That was disappointing.. your staff is very nice and friendly..

I picked up my dressy long sleeve shirt, and it was double creased on the arm. Was not happy about this at all. I have not checked my pants yet. This was for a wedding I need to attend and I can't take it back due to my schedule. 14.00 was enough to get a nice creased shirt back to customer.

I got a text saying my total was 19.28. I used a 10 percent coupon and final bill was 19.02. I would appreciate if the text was more accurate price seems like I was scammed
