The sleeves of my jacket are dirtier than when I sent it in. I have weird white blotches
I paid $24 for one item. I will no longer use you as my dry cleaner. This is outradious. I would have complained in person but i had a friend pick up for me. It was a jump suite made out of jean material. I am beyond disappointed. I’ve Been coming to you for years.
I brought in a tie to be cleaned and to have a spot removed. Two days later I was charged $7.95 but the spot had not been removed. It was obvious that no one at Kona Cleaners had looked at the tie before putting it on a hanger and handing it back to me.
I brought in (about a week ago) a favorite garment that KONA shrank. I have not heard back from anyone. KONA has also creases my pants when there is and has been a note in the system to not crease my pants.
Dry cleaning was done quickly and I was contacted right away.

I set up pick up and delivery and my driver never showed yesterday to pick up. I confirmed the pick up with you all the day before, so I know I was on the schedule. I'm a little disappointed.

Over charged me for three alterations and blamed it on me. Stated they can’t do refunds but can do store credit. Plus very rude customer service
I brought my jacket in to be cleaned. However when I picked it up they said the zipper pull was missing, which it wasn't when I dropped it off. They said they would only replace it if I paid for it which I refused to do since it was not missing when I brought it in.
I went in to get pants tailored and needed to get them done by a certain time for an out of state work trip. I went to pick up the day I was told they were going to be ready and they were not done yet. There was a change in staff and the new person had not started yet. I was never advised of the change causing me to not have the clothes I needed In time. Very poor communication. End result, I had to buy new pants and spend double the money
