Poor customer service. Was so excited to find a green cleaner with extended hours but the customer service was terrible and my suit came back with an odd smell and while pressed it doesn’t appear that it was actually cleaned.

Asked the top customer service Dianne, and called two stores. Asked if I could have fragrance free. Also asked the price. Price quoted to me was 30 dollars for a queen comforter. I asked about fragrance and was told your soap had no fragrance. I’m chemically sensitive. I opened the bag and sniffed and my comforter is ruined. It is HIGHLY FRAGRANCED!!! I would like my money back please.

I brought my Bensen bed side railing cover to Kona cleaners after the move. I wanted to make sure that it's cleaned safely without any damage so given it's "great" reviews, I brought it in. But unfortunately, as you can see, all of strings are coming off from the fabric. It appears that they are pro with all sort but I don't think this type of work is meant for them. I am still awaiting to hear from the manager..... I shall see what she says...

Over the phone I was given some complicated instructions , once I arrived to pick up my Coat I was never asked for anything other than a coat

Miss the young women who were so friendly and welcoming. The young man who has been at the counter lately is very dower and acts as if he were doing one a favor by leaving what he is doing to wait on them. Also, sadly each of my last two orders has had a tunic of mixed linen material stretched every which way, elongated, flared , etc. Probably happened in the pressing. Why can’t I get my bed linens done with heavy starch as requested! Ive spoken to the delivery person and put my request on the bag tag.

GROUPON BUYERS BEWARE!!!! “The Card Promo MVP Card”, (the plastic white with green lettering thin card) , did not give me the 50% off my total order, and, (20% of all laundered dress shirts with any square punches). I was asked by the employee during my ring-up if I had any coupon or discounts. I presented this card and then I hear, oh you don’t get a total of 50% off the total order, it’s blah blah, & blah, then blah blah, and we’ll let you know the total when you pick it up.
