I provide an MVP card with my pick-up bag. Every billing, Kona never gives me the credit. I have to call to have it reflected on my bill. Annoying.
I’ve been using Kona for a few months now. In that time we have returned 5 or more things that have not been cleaned well and still had spots or were poorly pressed or ruined. We send them back again and get it resolved but it takes a toll on the clothing and we need to wait another cycle to get it back.
Took a formal dress to remove four stains that was originally my mother’s (RIP) to wear at a cousins wedding and they did an awesome job in removing stains and cleaning dress. Tk U
Ok most of the time. Has washed a few silk items that should have been dry cleaned and has delivered a few items to the wrong home. Fortunately they found them.
WAS SURPRISED TO FIND OUT THAT THE ZIPPER WAS BROKEN, AND WE DID NOT FIND OUT UNTIL IT WAS TO BE USED TODAY
The young lady that helped me did not know how to load paper into the machine to make my ticket come out. she was unable to scan the barcode from the plastic bag and ring me up. I was in the Dry Cleaners off of Rose for almost 25 minutes.
After a previous bad experience, I decided to give Kona another try. After all, I got some sincere apologies last time and a promise that it would be better. So I left 8 shirts with the Paularino Ave store on Monday, October 1st, and I was told they would be ready the next day after at 5 pm. I had a flight out of John Wayne airport Wednesday morning, so I made sure to ask if it was certain that I could pick up just after 5 pm Tuesday.. Ridiculous prices! Way too high!
Silk tops were nice but the price was way over the top. Over $22 for tops.
