You are an amazing cleaner but I did not like how you have the fish tank inside the location on 17th St. In Costa Mesa because one of the fish especially is way too large for that tank and they all look unhappy like they are looking for a way out of the tank if you watch them. They are not living a happy existence, and when I asked one of your coworkers about it, she said this was not the first time customers have brought this up. You lost a black dress and never contacted me about getting it back. I came into the store many times but you always said it will be here soon! It never happened!! Yes, very disappointed in that service or effort to correct the loss. Marilyn
I have elected to NOT provide a credit card for Kona Cleaners to hold and charge. I am not comfortable leaving that information on file for recurring billing. As such, even though I have been a delivery client of Kona for quite a few years - that service is no longer available to me. I will likely continue to used Kona as a 'pick-up' client until i locate another delivery cleaning service.

Very disappointed you guys misplaced the ribbon of my grand baby’s dress.
Still no compensation for missing shirts.
I dropped off 6 shirts to get pressed, my bill came to about $6 per shirt. This is a ridiculous amount to pay to just press the wrinkles out of a shirt.
Clearly disappointed when I spent the money to get my Cal King comforter cleaned and Kona's policy is not to steam press it......I should have been told that from the beginning......If I had known I could have laundered it myself and gotten the same result......wrinkled!
Terrible! 4pair slacks were given for hem alterations, waited 2 1/2 weeks, and nothing was done! Paid $68.00++ dollars and nothing was done..Slacks were not hemmed. Quite disappointing really.
