Almost perfect. Next time you send me a discount coupon, please state what services are covered and put an expiration date on it. I saved the anniversary coupon to use and it was not honored!!!!

My experience dropping off the clothes was okay. I did not get a total of my bill I was notified it would be in a text. When I received the text of 72$ I almost had a heart attack. I took 2 football jerseys 1 baseball 1 child’s basketball jersey and 1 pair of pants. This is the most I have ever paid for dry cleaning. The fact it was ready so quick was good. I bought 4 new shirts, and wanted them to start clean and pressed. I also wanted my suit that I recently wore at a wedding to be cleaned as well, along with several other shirts. One of the new shirts that I wore the previous day came back with a 2" rip in the front with a tag that said "Damaged before Cleaning", that is supposed to absolve them of any liability. I brought a men’s suit in for cleaning & marked the placed that had spots with the red tape they provide. There were some on the coat & the pants & when I picked them up the spots were still there. It didn’t even look like they did anything to the coat or pants. They are going to re-clean them. The girl who helped me was new - and she barely spoke to me and only spoke to other employee and was not paying attention to my order. She had to rewind the rack because she wasn’t paying attention

We had to resend my husbands jersey back for a re due. Jersey had a stain on that seems to be easy to remove. I would of had expected a better service since the price for the service was pretty expensive.
