My first time there, my order cost me $115.00. I do a lot of dry cleaning and have never spent $115.00 dollars on any of my large dry cleaning orders. My 2nd order was a lot less, which makes me wonder why. After I pick up my 2nd order I will not come back. Service was fine and business area was clean.
I dropped my uniforms off at the cleaners. When I did I attempted to pay. I was told they take payment at pickup. They completed my clothes by the next day but I could not pickup for a few days. When I picked up I provided a coupon for 25% but I was told I could not use it because I did not provide it at drop off. Now how the heck am I supposed to know that if you don’t tell me or have it on the coupon? I tried to pay at drop off. Disappointing. All in all the service was fast but I got gypt on price.
The shirts can out alright, but I won’t be returning or referring anyone to this place due to the awful customer service from both women in there. They were incredibly rude and acted like they were too good to help anyone.
I would like to verify that I will have a delivery of two orders tomorrow, Monday, March 18th. My cleaning was not delivered on Thursday, March 14, and I left a message, but I did not get a reply. I also had an order that was picked up on Thursday the 14th of March, which I assume will come back on Monday, March 18th?.
I don’t have any complaints as far as the cleanliness of my bedspread and shams. It’s the price that shocked me. I’ll have to find a cheaper place in the future.
Pretty sure if you look up my name you’ll know exactly what went wrong.
I was not allowed to pay for my order by phone, when I have done so in the past
Had brand new jeans shortened...cost $16. Way too expensive to throw some stitches in them. And took a week. Disappointed. Calling grandma next time.
Went to pick up alterations before a cruise and and they weren’t ready. Apparently your seamstress was out sick. Life happens, but it had been there for a week and I had planned on taking this item. I could have overlooked that one incident but I have found your prices to be high. We have a lot of dry cleaning on a regular basis and I found the increase to be too much.
