Had requested to change the Velcro set on my winter jacket, but Kona only changed the loop part and NOT the hook. Very disappointed with my first experience and I even gave them more time to make sure it was correctly done. Clearly it was not. Most likely will not go back here.
dress shirt lost button, 3rd time, still no replacement button Also missing gray sweater with flowers. I did receive a black sweater that doesn't belong to us.
I initially gave them a bad review. I was given a quote but charged differently when my husband picked up my coat. The manager from kona contacted me and willingly fixed it and actually gave me a full refund. I didn’t expect for a full refund since they provided their service but thank you for whoever called me (wish I remember her name). Will definitely come back and recommend your service.
The Konas near my house called this facility to see about alterations. I was told if I brought my garment in by a certain time on Friday, I could have it back on Monday. When I went in on Friday I was told it would be done on Wednesday. I went to pick it up on Wednesday and noticed it seemed long still so I retried it on. My garment was still 2 inches to long. I needed it by the following evening, so they kept it and rehemmed the outfit and I picked it up on Thursday afternoon.
You keep sending me emails for Jennifer’s order. I live in South Carolina plus I being a 200 pound male would look awful in Jennifer’s clothes. I would prefer that you stop sending me notifications. Thanks. Jack Tomasic
The cleaning was perfect but I was quoted $4.50 for each item and when I picked up is was just under $20.00 for the 2 item
Very rude staff
Lost my garment and then charged me full price for the cleaning anyway - which was overpriced to begin with.
Was given an estimate on coat for $8 something. My husband paid $17+. Big difference.
