I just had the worse experience with Kona Cleaners and I have been coming here for years. The employee was extremely rude, unprofessional and a sassy back talker. I will be taking my business elsewhere for sure and I will let everyone know just how bad it was. Small town

My clothing was damaged during the couture cleaning process. The necessary steps were not taken to protect the hardware of my garment before putting into the dry cleaning machine. I only received $13 back for service on an item that cost around $1,350.

The prices here are ridiculous! I left my work black suit pants, and they shrunk them... did a poor job! Now I have no pants to wear today!

Definitely will not be coming here no more. I came in for my first time and brought some pants but when i got them back they came back smaller and the color was faded .

I specifically asked that all my items be dry cleaned. My sweater came back shrunken...I dropped it off as a size medium and it came back a size x-small. The neck on 2 of my shirts came back EXTREMELY stretched out that they look like off the shoulder tops.

Our 10X12 foot carpet was delivered after month long cleaning process without prior notification today. Was placed in garage because employees told us they would not put in house in usual position. The reason we used your service was that carpet would be put back in house in family room location over carpet pad we have. I will not use your carpet cleaning service again. I would like to know Kona's expectation of 10X12 foot carpet cleaning service quality. My husband and I are both 80+ years old.
