IM SO BUMMED. I had two bags of laundry and asked that all the contents of one of the bags be hung to dry because they can’t go in a dryer of any kind and the people were so nice and looked into it and the guy said yeah ok we can hang those up. So I thought, cool. BUTTT I guess they didn’t keep the clothes separated because they dried ALL my pants in a dryer, which were all put in the please-hang-dry trash bag. This was the absolute most expensive dry cleaners I found in my search for dry cleaners, I literally could not have found a more expensive one.
Shredded a shirt (during the cleaning process) on my second visit. But beyond that incident - Items came back either wrinkled right off the hanger or with so much starch they stood up on their own. No one seemed to care.

Not good. Wrong order and when brought to attention , still got it wrong. Picking up dry cleaning shouldn’t be so hard. Unfortunately I will not be back.

Too expensive and some of my clothes were not cleaned. Collars on blazers were still dirty
One of my corporal stripes was missing from uniform and was not informed nor did they provide it when picked up
