Over the phone I was given some complicated instructions , once I arrived to pick up my Coat I was never asked for anything other than a coat

Miss the young women who were so friendly and welcoming. The young man who has been at the counter lately is very dower and acts as if he were doing one a favor by leaving what he is doing to wait on them. Also, sadly each of my last two orders has had a tunic of mixed linen material stretched every which way, elongated, flared , etc. Probably happened in the pressing. Why can’t I get my bed linens done with heavy starch as requested! Ive spoken to the delivery person and put my request on the bag tag.

GROUPON BUYERS BEWARE!!!! “The Card Promo MVP Card”, (the plastic white with green lettering thin card) , did not give me the 50% off my total order, and, (20% of all laundered dress shirts with any square punches). I was asked by the employee during my ring-up if I had any coupon or discounts. I presented this card and then I hear, oh you don’t get a total of 50% off the total order, it’s blah blah, & blah, then blah blah, and we’ll let you know the total when you pick it up. Brought in a brand new dress shirt to have laundered and medium starch for a formal event. Had to wait 3 days. Went to pick it up the shirt was not laundered or starched. They just hung it up on a hanger and covered it with plastic. The new plastic piece was still in the collar. I paid before it was brought out....then told I had to wait till tomorrow for a refund. because there was a line behind me... that is not good business and I still never got a reason it was not done. This was my second visit to Kona Cleaners and the second time I was informed that the seamstress could not hem my pant, that it would take 2 weeks. The first time I was told it would take 3 weeks. Considering driving further to Norco where I can get the services I need.

Greetings! In the lasr three years of doing business with Kona Cleaners , I have had nothing but five -star service. In this last episode, however, the suit pants i brought in to be altered were not done. They were cleaned along with the adjoining suit coat, and I was notified, as usual, by text that they were finished . So, I paid for the service and left the pants at the advice of the clerk .
