On multiple occasions, spots were not cleaned from our clothing. Each was obvious and should have been cleaned. Some required another trip to have them cleaned; in the meantime the shirts or other clothing weren’t available to be worn when expected. On a positive note, the items were then cleaned properly.

I've emailed the store 2 weeks ago and have yet to be contacted by anyone to resolve my issue. I dropped off a shirt to be stitched due to a tear and i asked if they can make the stitch as small as possible. When i received the shirt back it seems like no effort was made to make the tear as minimal as possible. now it actually creates more attention since the stitching is in a huge bundle and other tailors that i have shown have said this was a poorly done job. The staff is overall great at the location on Warner. Unfortunately, your service cost is no longer competitive for our area. I believe that today might be our last time with your service as it was almost $10 dollar for a suit jacket and that is too much. Additionally, I had a $10 dollars off a purchase. Since I didn't submit that discount before I dropped off my dry cleaning I was not able to use it. This policy makes zero common sense. You’ve lost a pillow case and now a sleeping bag. I get things happen but I fear what of our usual items get lost that we don’t track. On top of that, there was no follow up or apology/consideration for the sleeping bag.

Multiple pairs of expensive boxers were lost during my first fluff and fold experience. I ended up with items that were not mine as well. I will not be coming back.

They were supposed to put a military crease in my shirt and they didnt put them on the shirt....This is the 3rd time they did this NO MORE DEALING with these clowns...They charge you for a service and they dont deliver

This was my first dry cleaning experience and I should have shopped around first. The prices are much too high compared to other dry cleaning places. There's one around the corner that is only $2 per piece. This was 3 x that much which is crazy. I want be returning.

Had a problem with stains on our sofa covers after the first time. They cheerfully re-sent for cleaning. Sofa covers came back looking much better and I was told that if my wife was still not satisfied they would be happy to send back to the cleaning facility for them to try something stronger.
If there was less than one star that's what I would rate this place! My fiancee took a guaybera shirt along with 6 dress shirts & 3 slacks total of 10pc...when he picked up today they told him that shirt was missing becuase it fell apart! How does a shirt fall apart??? I want to see this shirt! It was the first time he wore it and was taken to the cleaners! I purchased it for him last summer from Macys!
