I have been asking for at least 2 months to have my drycleaning picked up and dropped off and everyone just ignores my request. I have a neighbor down the street that uses this service so not sure why nobody wants to respond to my request.
Extremely rude service. Spent $177 on two different alteration orders picked up days apart. The offer if 15% off ALL alteration (very large poster on the window) couldn’t apply to my order because the clerk couldn’t figure out the computer to apply it. I was told, “Sorry, it won’t let me do it.” Then checked my order at home. Multiple alteration issues. Two identical short sleeve shirts had different sleeve lengths. Then a Lon’s sleeve shirt was measured to be shorten in the sleeves and also tapered in the sleeves. The taper... read more
Honestly, I’m not really impressed at all and I’ve been going here a while and apparently only for convenience and each time it’s one thing or another. My bag is never returned to me, it always seems like I’m getting one that’s just laying around conveniently. I’ve had a rip on the inside of a suite jacket and whoever feels like replacing a button that day may or may not do it. This will be my last time coming here.
Poor customer service! Rosa the manager handles customer complaints badly. Needs training on customer service. Stitching was bad that it will come off in just one wash. Don’t come here!
Poor handling of customer complaints. Rosa, the old manager talks more than the customer, and is so loud! Poor stitching that will come off after just 1 wash. Will not come back here anymore!
Really disappointed that the necktie had a clip-on fitting which was removed and lost. I can't wear the tie now as it is too short to tie around my neck. Other drycleaners have cleaned it without removing the clasp and untying the tie. Not sure who assisted me - an Indian lady.
Over price
I took in 2 pairs of slacks to get altered on Monday the 25 of February. They told me the alterations would be ready Friday the 1 of March after 5pm as stated on the ticket. When I went to pick up the slacks the young lady who assisted me said the slacks would not be ready until the 4th. Before dropping off my garments I reiterated the pick up date because it was crucial I have them ready before Monday the 4th because I would be needing them for a funeral. I find this to be unacceptable.
My garments came back with an odd smelly brown substance on them.
