I feel tricked by your coupon. 25% off. 15 items at 79.61 is 5.31 each item that is a normal price for MOST dry cleaners. I will never bring my business back. Take me off your mailing list.

Our pricing has not changed since you were last in on March however, if you ever change your mind and decide to give us another try, our staff is more than happy to detail the garments before you leave so that you know the cost of the garments at drop off. Lately, the dry cleaning has been picked up very late. It used to be picked up around 8/9am, and the items that were picked up on Monday were almost always returned that thursday. Sane with items picked up on Thursday we’re almost always returned the following Monday. This schedule isn’t consistent of late snd I truly rely on that consistency for other matters of the household. I’m really hoping this gets rectified in the near future, otherwise I’ll likely be changing cleaners:-(

I can assure you that we are competitive in our price as well as offer GreenEarth cleaning with is Earth friendly and not made with petroleum. The solvent is better for your fabrics and is nicer to your skin. Not only that but we also offer coupons via our Kona Cleaners app. I invite you to download that and give it a try. You ruined my dress I will never go there again

Hello Ms. Ramirez, I'm sorry you didn't like the way that your dress came out. The seamstress did follow instructions during your consultation as well as the follow up phone call. The dress had already been cut at the bottom and extra fabric with a straight hem was brought along to add to the length. The alteration was done in one day as per your request since you told us that you needed for a wedding. I hope you change your mind in the future and that we see you again! My pants were returned with a gigantic stain and are now off color and wrinkled. My shirt collars were not straight at all either. I will be requesting a refund and compensation this afternoon.

I have been going to Kona cleaners for a very long time and I love the way my clothes come out and I love the staff, especially Rosa( Fontana location) she is courteous, polite, knowledgeable and has the best customer service I’ve ever encountered.
