I told the person who took my drycleaning that I had a coupon for a 30% rebate on the order....I even showed it to her on my phone because it was not showing up on my account. I tried to redeem at the shop but I got a message saying that the rebate had already been applied once..... She was going to have the manager look into the matter but of course nothing happened except that I got charged the full amount... What is the point of offering the discount if you are not honoring it....

My blouse was damaged and they wanted to give me credit . I needed this blouse for a wedding and with the pandemic going it’s hard to go out and look. For something else .Im so disappointed!!!

I took 2 rugs to be cleaned about two and a half weeks before moving, after asking if it would be possible to get them cleaned by the moving date. When I brought them in, I reminded them again. 3 days before the move I called to hear why I hadn't heard from them. One had been cleaned. The other had been dated two days after the movers were to come. They would call to get it back from the factory. Shoes were late and the store wouldn’t delivery them.
I just had the worse experience with Kona Cleaners and I have been coming here for years. The employee was extremely rude, unprofessional and a sassy back talker. I will be taking my business elsewhere for sure and I will let everyone know just how bad it was. Small town

My clothing was damaged during the couture cleaning process. The necessary steps were not taken to protect the hardware of my garment before putting into the dry cleaning machine. I only received $13 back for service on an item that cost around $1,350.
