Rosa gave excellent customer service as usual easy dropping everything off and same with pickup Items were done ahead of schedule ...what more can one ask for Outstanding is all I can say I always feel good after visiting the store.

Good customer service is a itemized breakdown in pricing for service alteration for a pair of pants dry cleaning for a pair pants so the customer knows precisely what they’re paying for !!

Didn't show up twice. The first time I called, still no show. Then 2-3 Weeks later . Again I Made another appointment, it was an nother confirmed one, No show.
Over charged, messed up my tie. And shirts came back wrinkled. Trash. Not going back.
