Bernardettec is always great. However, one of my paisley short Garments had a belt with the exact same fabric that has been lost. It is unwearable without the belt. I just bought these from Bloomingdale’s recently for a Trip, went to pack the freshly pressed clothing & noticed it was missing. I did reach out on Monday and am still waiting on a call back if this piece has been found or not found.

The Placencia location on Imperial lost my carpet.

I gave Kona a five star review 2 years ago, based on their Eastvale then I moved to Rancho Cucamonga and I started using their Fontana location. I started noticing that the prices have gone up quite a bit which I didn’t mind due to the state of our economy. And their good service. But recently I brought in two pairs of Golf pants to get laundered, they damaged my blue pants causing the garter to expand and ripple, my tan pants turned out just fine. The elastic on pants sometimes wears out at a different rate than the same pants/ same brand as it may belong to a different batch. Our offer to replace the elastic still stands as we do understand that you weren’t expecting this to happen. I asked you to put some of my shirts in a box. You didn't I asked to put my shirts in separate bags You didn't You jammed them all together in bags so I had to go through and separate my shirts from my son's I asked you not to put them in white bags so I can't see the shirt color You didn't The main reason I am not using your service any longer is because of the white bags, instead of the clear ones you used before

New employees have horrible customer service. Being busy does not justify being rude. It should be a good thing, job security. Music loud enough to drown me out. I had a question and "manager" was so rude. I advised him I would be taking my clothes elsewhere due to his bad attitude. He proceeded to "accidentally" throw my clothes on floor. I did not want his assistance in picking my clothes up. He was rude and without a care.

New staff has horrible customer service. I'm a regular customer and find myself having to change dry cleaners. Dropped off uniforms, rep said there's no same day and rude because their busy. On day of pickup gentlemen had music blasting and I had to yell my info. I asked if he was upset and he mentioned it's busy. Busy makes me happy its job security. I told him I'd be taking my business elsewhere and he " accidentally" dropped my items on floor. Worst service I've experienced there.
