I was quoted one price of $28. for two tablecloths. When I picked them up the following day I was totally in shock we she said that I had to pay $50 and some change. I could have brought 2 new tablecloths for that price. So no, I will not be using your cleaner.

I tried all day long to access this coupon and kept getting the message “oops, something went wrong. Try again”. After a number of tires I stopped. I tried one last time and now the coupon is expired. I’m usually very happy with Kona Cleaners but this is a disappointment.

My coupons never load to my account. Every time I click the link in my email it says something has gone wrong

Hi Jantzen, I do apologize for these issues, you are correct that this new technology has been a bit buggy lately, its new and improving every day. I did look up your account and even though it said there was a problem, it did automatically apply like it was supposed to, it was the confirmation that was incorrect. Too expensive! The cleaners I used before covid charged me $25 to clean the same comforter that you charged me almost $50 to clean. Unacceptable.

To whom it may concern, I brought my curtains in on Monday, August 24th to the Placentia location on Rose to be dry cleaned as they are very delicate and expensive Anthropologie curtains and I wanted them in the best care. Hi ! On monday, Sep 21, 2020 I turned in four items for laundry with medium starch. These items have been laundered at home in pasta and all are cotton except one trouser that was linen. When I went to p/u on wednesday, all were dry-cleaned ( not just Linen pants which is ok but it had been laundered at home before which is why I asked for laundry ). To convert entire order to dry clean with attendant high cost without asking before is not nice.

I told the person who took my drycleaning that I had a coupon for a 30% rebate on the order....I even showed it to her on my phone because it was not showing up on my account. I tried to redeem at the shop but I got a message saying that the rebate had already been applied once..... She was going to have the manager look into the matter but of course nothing happened except that I got charged the full amount... What is the point of offering the discount if you are not honoring it....

My blouse was damaged and they wanted to give me credit . I needed this blouse for a wedding and with the pandemic going it’s hard to go out and look. For something else .Im so disappointed!!!
