I went to have a complete suit cleaned and pressed I went in to pick up the suit and should have checked the items before leaving the store as this was my first time using Kona cleaners. When I returned home to check the quality of the job it was TERRIBLE! ALL the items were wrinkled and look like the had not even been pressed.

Needed all shirts wrapped individually...some shirts cleaned are my brothers. Staff needs to communicate better. Did not get an apology.

I pick up my Lakers basketball Jersey around the collar it wasn’t clean no tag stating they weren't able to clean it. It seems like it was miss, I reach out to Tony left numerous message. I was told Tony was in a meeting or Tony wasn’t there and they would give him my message. Tony hasn’t call as of today. If there would of been a tag Saying they weren’t able to remove/clean collar I would understand they tried. But there wasn’t anything stating that. I trusted them to clean my precious jersey.

Too expensive.. 22 dollars to dry clean a coat is highway robbery! I will take my business to another establishment just down the block for my needs!

1) my down comforter smells like an industrial warehouse and was severely damaged. I’ve had this down dry cleaned A few times at different locations and never has it been damaged or smelled so bad. 2) the dress shirts were incredibly wrinkled and smell bad as well. 3) the suit was also wrinkled and doesn’t even look like it was cleaned Yet, I was charged $106 for this. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated that my down was damaged. I’d rather drive back to Upland where we use to live, to use the cleaners there. I tri... read more

We brought a rug in to have a spot removed and had to bring it back because the stain is still very visible.

I like the convenience of your store and the quality of work seems to be good but your prices are outrageous. I will not be returning due to this fact. Three cleanings with you and I could buy a new shirt in some cases, I’m disappointed.

Last time they charged $8 per patch to sew on now they charged $10. I ask why so much she said patch was bigger. They were the same size. $10 is a little much to sew on a patch. When I lived in Chino Hills they changed me $5. That’s the last time I bring my jacket to get a patch put on.
