Didn't get the 25% off I was told I would. Only 15%.

I needed a zipper put in my jacket. Specifically requested a nylon one. Got a metal one instead. Will try this for now but if it isnt satisfactory you will need to put a nylon one in for me.

NO ONE PICKED UP MY DRY CLEANING TODAY WHICH ALSO MEANS THEY DID NOT RETURN THE ITEMS I SENT IN.... I NEEDED THE BLUE SWEATER FOR A MEETING TOMORROW SO NOT VERY HAPPY...

terrible. Ruined my new suit, and refused to reimburse me. When offered to repair, did something that I did not request.
