Part of clothing not ready when it was promised.. Pants not pressed according to my instructions/specifications, had to return it. I'm livid that not all my clothes were ready at the specified time before a very important business trip. This is has happened before, but tried to give them a second chance. I wasn't even offered a discount for their mistakes.

I have spoken to Maria and am happy to hear that we are going to redo the creased pants for you. We will not charge for the 3 garments that were processed incorrectly/ late. Turned in Army ASU for dry cleaning and Rank removal + New rank sewn on Coat. Had to ask for previous rank back or else they automatically assumed I didn’t want it back. When I received ASU Coat back, missing a button and they asked if I could come back the next day because they didn’t know what happened to it. Took about 20 mins for them to recover my button but possibly could have never been recovered if I didn’t insist.

Your cleaners tore a hole in my sweater and lied about notifying me. When I arrived to pick up my sweater, they lied about how the hole was created but agreed to repair it. I left an returned the next day only to find the hole had not been repaired and the sweater was literally sitting in the same spot. Instead of apologizing, they kept insisting they didn’t create the hole. This is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THEIR BUSINESS!!!!

Hello Jewel, I'm sorry you weren't happy with the service you received. The hole was a weak seam and was repaired when the alteration person was on the clock. Yesterday she was off when you came in and she worked on it this morning. It will not have been moved between yesterday and today because there was no seamstress working on it until today. Took a few pieces to be laundered for the very first time. I was happy with the way the items turned out. I then received a notification (e mail) that I would receive a 20% discount on my second visit. When I returned, I advised the person assisting me that they did not see such a discount to apply to my account.I attempted to locate the e mail on my cell phone, but was in a hurry and cound not find it at the time. Needless to say, no discount.

Never received an email receipt despite a second call to request. Wanted to see why the order was so expensive - almost $8 per item after a $20 off coupon. Half my order was laundered shirts. Way too much for laundry, but will never know because they can't send a receipt.

I have been a customer at Lido Island Store for several years. The Manager is great but there is one lady that works there that is very cold and unfriendly. I complained about her before, but she has not gotten any better. We are changing to the 17th street store in Costa Mesa
