poor customer services, failed to inform if the price for 3 cotton tee shirts, surprised at the cost almost 20 for 2 cotton shirts. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never use again , Shirts/blouse terrible. Would not reco.mend to family or neighbors even though it is 1 mile from home. poor quality for the price charged.

Brought to your shop 8 long sleeves shirts deal $ 2,50 for 1 shirt; ur staff clean first and phoned me that total charges was abt 37.5 $ ; she supposed to phone me first and performed the job; after argued I paid 26,5 $ ; so I decided not to see ur shop . Thank ya

IM SO BUMMED. I had two bags of laundry and asked that all the contents of one of the bags be hung to dry because they can’t go in a dryer of any kind and the people were so nice and looked into it and the guy said yeah ok we can hang those up. So I thought, cool. BUTTT I guess they didn’t keep the clothes separated because they dried ALL my pants in a dryer, which were all put in the please-hang-dry trash bag. Good service.
This was the absolute most expensive dry cleaners I found in my search for dry cleaners, I literally could not have found a more expensive one.
Shredded a shirt (during the cleaning process) on my second visit. But beyond that incident - Items came back either wrinkled right off the hanger or with so much starch they stood up on their own. No one seemed to care.
Not good. Wrong order and when brought to attention , still got it wrong. Picking up dry cleaning shouldn’t be so hard. Unfortunately I will not be back.
