Too expensive! $40 for 3 shirts an one jacket 🤑
I took in 2 pairs of softball pants to be altered because they were too big .. I previously took in a pair of jeans to be hemmed and they did a great job but as I dropped off the softball pants I get my receipt and the lady says 100$.. now I didn’t want to say anything right there but thinking how they cost about 60$ brand new I really wanted to just cancel the whole order completely but I called the next day and told them I was going to pick up one of the pants and so I did came home and sewed them myself!.. Took a sweater and my wife's top. Bot h were done when promised. However, very, very expensive. We had, and you acknowledged, a 15% off letter. If that was with the discount, I could have purchased a new sweater for what I had to paid for you to clean it. We'll go to another place and move on. We don't spend a lot of money on dry-cleaning and we can locate another Cleaning established that doesn't charge such a high fee.
The Associate not friendly. Stone face! I found $25 to clean a long dress too pricey. Next time. I need this dress cleaned. I will look for another cleaner to compare price.

Prices have increased so much I can no longer afford your services. Two twin bed size, thin quilts were $60.00. I should have asked what your price would be before I left the quilts. Costly lesson for me.
Consistently find dirt/grease/residue on the collar of shirts from the hangers. There are creases left in the collars. Paying for a dry cleaning service just to make a return trip and get it fixed, defeats the purpose. This is not the first time I will have to come back and ask for the collar(s) to be cleaned.
I’m so glad you asked me for a review. I have been using this Cleaners for 20 years plus when it was Environmental cleaners, and when it switched to Sams, cleaners or vice a versa. Now it’s become Kona cleaners which I like it and I like the people, and everything’s fine except!!! I think you need to change the plastic bags without your logo back to just clear bags.
