I got a text saying my total was 19.28. I used a 10 percent coupon and final bill was 19.02. I would appreciate if the text was more accurate price seems like I was scammed

On 7/12, I dropped off my very first load for pickup at work, it's now 8/5. I was assured via email from Kona that I was properly setup and ready to begin. I STILL have not received the cleaned laundry. As I talk to others about my experience, I'm finding that others are also still waiting for lost laundry. Very poor experience with Kona so far.

I am very dissatisfied in the coupon system. We have been loyal customers since Matt had the store. The coupons are short lived and if I don't have any clothes then they are useless. Matt would give us a discount no matter when we brought them in for being a loyal customer.

Prices are way higher than local areas including Rancho Cucamonga. Too many text and emails. Attempted to use a coupon that was emailed to me but couldn’t use it for alterations :( only dry cleaning which the coupon did not stipulate that.

I went to your Fontana store to get a pair of pants altered and dry-cleaned for a wedding on Sunday. When I got back the pants, I tried it on at home Saturday morning and one leg was shorter than the other. I called the store to tell them about it and was told that the alterations person was not in but will talk to the Manager on what could be done and call me back. I even gave my cell phone in addition to our home phone. No one called me back. I would have appreciated at least a call back even if there’s no available p... read more

I specifically asked for my dark colored shirts to be laundered and they were still dry cleaned and I was charged for them. The first time I went in the lady at the counter informed me and I requested the laundered service. When I picked up my stuff I realized it. This was the first time I visited your store and I feel that the pricing was not transparent. When I asked at dropoff about the pricing, the employee told me she would not be able to tell me until everything was tagged. I have never had that at any cleaning service... read more
