Armandor was quite possibly the rudest customer service person I have ever encountered. On 4/8 he told me I could go do business at another dry cleaners if I didn’t like his attitude and that is exactly what my partner Worth Houghton and I did.

Last order I was overcharged for two of my shirts - I was charged for dry cleaning when they were just laundered. I was told that a refund was going to be made, but it was never done. I went to the store off Schleisman and Archivald

I have been a customer of the Ontario Rancho store for a little over a year. Recently my dress shirts have been returned with the collar pressed 1/2 way down which makes the collar stand much higher in the back. I have had to iron them along the seam before I could wear them. Last week I picked up my weekly laundry and two of the five shirts were pressed with the collar too high again instead of along the seam. My mother of the groom dress was ruined by your cleaners. The hem was cut & sewn by a substitute seamtress and left wrinkled and uneven. Then redone with black marks left on the dress. Then dry cleaned when the label clearly said spot clean with no dry clean symbol. Some marks were still on the dress. The top of the dress is now disintigrating. The manages has made emotionally distress full accusations. I am filing in small claims court.

The heavy set lady Hispanic lady name Rose was very rude, complaining about the price the other staff gave me for a dress price. I will never return again. Worst customer service ever!

In May 2022 I brought in a $288 beaded dark gray mother of the groom dress to Kona Cleaners on Warner Avenue in Huntington Beach. The seamstress Mee measured for the hem and the dress was left to be hemmed, to be picked up June 10. On June 13 I went to pick up the dress while at the shop she noticed the hem had poor stitching around the two hem layers. On my last couple of visits the instructions for my clothes have not been followed very well. The Military Press I ask for is either not being followed or I am getting double creases on both shirts and pants/shorts. I also get my board shorts pressed and cleaned and the pocket flaps are not buttoned or pressed flat. It is a little disappointing.

For the amount they charged, they misplaced my pants with someone else’s and now I’m stuck with some old washed up and oversized pair that doesn’t fit - extremely dissatisfied and disappointed considering how far I had to drive to Kona thinking it would be more reliable and “reputable”.

Horrible place at the location in Fontana. Very rude service when addressed with a concern. Black clothing came back very ashy. It was brand new when given to the cleaners but came back as if it were a month old. Only location I know that cannot keep the same color of the clothing. Very disappointing service.
