The tone of voice when the girl greets you sounds rude. Customer need to be more professional like, “hi how can I help you” And when I ask for a receipt the girl print it out and just toss it on the counter. I find that very rude. It should go like...”sure mame I can print you out the receipt, but instead they was no response and just tossing the receipt on the counter is a slap in the customers face!

I can't seem to get any help with an item that was never returned. I talked to Diana ( I think that is right), and left a follow message, and still no response. I talked to our delivery guy, and still no feedback. This is a very important item for my business. Its the backdrop for our video room and productions. I need a call back as soon as possible. 714-926-8739

I stated I had a coupon but the attendant took out the card and put it back in the machine to make the charge go through instead of cancelling the transaction and ask for the coupon. I was told that it was too late :(

Usually the transaction are very quick once the card is in the reader. Your coupon would have been a discount of $1.96 but I will round it up to $5 for your next order. Thank you

Worst experience and customer service. This happened previously but I have them another chance considering it could be just a one time thing. But I went back again against my better judgment and they failed again. Took 13 days to get an alteration done and they couldn’t explain why after the deadline loved back three times. Each time I was told a manager wasn’t available to talk or one would call me. Worst company and will never go back.

We have been sending out the alterations from the store to another one of our tailors. Our alteration work load has been heavy and I apologize that you were caught in the middle of that!

You lost our tablecloth and about 15 matching napkins. Despite having a picture of it when I dropped it off, your company sent me back a multi-colored plaid tablecloth that could never have been confused with my light solid beige, brown leaves in a few places tablecloth. The lady at our location has sent in an inquiry but I haven't heard anything from her.

My dry cleaning was “lost” twice. I was promised my cleaning the next day and when I went to go get it they couldn’t find it. It was my needed uniform for work the next day.
