I brought a men’s suit in for cleaning & marked the placed that had spots with the red tape they provide. There were some on the coat & the pants & when I picked them up the spots were still there. It didn’t even look like they did anything to the coat or pants. They are going to re-clean them. I was really disappointed cause you charge a lot more then other cleaners so I figured you would do a better job but I see your cleaners isn’t any better than the other ones. Take my pants to wash and ironing you guys did one very well but the other pants are not ironing right I’m very disappointed.

The girl who helped me was new - and she barely spoke to me and only spoke to other employee and was not paying attention to my order. She had to rewind the rack because she wasn’t paying attention

We had to resend my husbands jersey back for a re due. Jersey had a stain on that seems to be easy to remove. I would of had expected a better service since the price for the service was pretty expensive.

I had two sweaters that were ruined. One was cashmere and the other wool, they were both adult size and now they are children’s size. I no longer can wear them; I’m quite disappointed.

My pants were iron Wong I was very upset because I’m going on vacation and I have to iron them agin. I keep saying I’m not going back but I have not found something close to me yet. Very mad 😡

I took a tie-in for small repair and got an $18 bill. I own the fact that I didn't say how much I would pay for the repair which was $10 however in my wildest imagination never anticipated an $8 cleaning bill. I think your charges for a sweater are closer to 7 or $8 so hard to imagine the skinny little Thai costing the same amount. Although I should have asked when I left it at your headquarter location on 17th Street in Newport Beach it's not unrealistic to expect that someone would say I minimum repair is $10 and the clea... read more
