Good service but way too expensive for a suit. Will not bring another one back.
Happy with the cleaning. Not to pleased with the handling or not handling of repairs. I do have to thank the lady who helped me by crediting what i paid when i picked up my item to the amount that the repair is costing
The price for altering a pair of scrub pants is outragous $12.00 . A cleaners cross the street is changing $7.00.
Brought I. 2 sweaters, one with pearl trim the other with studs. Was told they may get damaged. Had to sign a waiver. They both turned out great!
Finally starch my husband likes!
You guys don’t pick up or drop off.... I had to call to track down a delivery on a Saturday that I needed for work 2 weeks ago. I then left the bag out on Friday for the Friday pick up (I got an email and text you were coming) nobody showed. I called on Saturday and got no call back. I took the clothes somewhere else.
I have been using this location for about a year now and for some reason it always seems like they find something to charge extra on. I take the same shirts for launder and press every time, but every trip I find one that has been separated and dry cleaned, my total is always more than expected. Is there a way I can avoid this from happening? I always mention that my laundry is for launder and press but it does not seem to matter.
I brought in a queen cotton duvet cover to be pressed only and when I went to pick it up I was extremely upset that you charged $45 plus!!!! I have taken it to several other cleaners and no one has charged more than $25 I will never return and will be sure to let my friends know the ridiculous fees!
The prices were completely outrageous
