Disappointing experience bringing in my Coast Guard Tropical Blue uniform. There’s a sticker on the door that says “free military uniform cleaning,” but when I picked it up, the lady working there, Bertha, did not understand that this is in fact a military uniform- one of many different kinds - and charged me at pickup. The 5 pieces that I brought in for cleaning and laundry were accompanied with a copy of an email with a $10.00 off message and a coupon for 15% off on shorts. Your clerk told me that the 15% was applied but the $10. off could not be deducted from that order as I couldn't receive more than one benefit per order. I brought one outdoor cushion in during your 20% off promotion to make sure u could clean them w/o taking cover off. Virginia (I believe is her name)told me I would get the discount on the entire order when I brought the others in..u were able to clean them, they turned out nice. You keep sending me emails saying that you have my garment but when I called about it and when I went to your store you couldn’t find the garment. Stop sending the same email or call me when you have the garment in your hands.

I feel tricked by your coupon. 25% off. 15 items at 79.61 is 5.31 each item that is a normal price for MOST dry cleaners. I will never bring my business back. Take me off your mailing list.

Our pricing has not changed since you were last in on March however, if you ever change your mind and decide to give us another try, our staff is more than happy to detail the garments before you leave so that you know the cost of the garments at drop off.
