We have been long-time, consistent customers. Approximately 2 months ago, I took a very expensive shirt with pearl buttons into the Corona store for dry cleaning. The plant took the buttons off to clean it, but didn't put the buttons back on or return them with the shirt. The handling of the situation by the store staff as well as Karla the manager has been frustrating to say the least. Hannah was right, I was isolated due to COVID but I still place the order at Nordstrom to get your buttons. It took a full week for Nordstrom to cancel the order and while in isolation, I spent about an hour on the phone with their customer service trying to track down a shirt in their stock and trying to figure out how to get this settled. I had my king comforter cleaned for $59.00......and I'm very disappointed in the outcome. It looks as though it was cleaned, dryed and bagged up.....not pressed...I put it on my bed and it is so wrinkled, I really don't know what to do about it....it looks terrible my ticket number was 08-230253

Hello Audrey, Comforters are not pressed; I am sorry that it looks wrinkled on your bed. We clean and dry the comforters and then we fluff them up. Afterward, we put them into comforter bags which can cause wrinkling. If you like, we can do it again and perhaps package it differently but with folding, it will have wrinkling happen. I usually enjoy dropping off at Kona Cleaners on 17th Street. Efficient, friendly service is the norm. I dropped on on Weds, 8/4, around 5:30pm and did not have a good experience. I truly feel for businesses that are short staffed, but I am writing because I am still bothered. The person helping me was the only one there, aside from Mr. Lee, the tailor. Earned a reward and attempted to use it on my 5/26/22 order. Since there was another coupon in the system, the reward wasn’t used and I paid a lot more than I anticipated. Called and spoke with manager at the Archibald location in Eastvale. Was told that she would talk with her District Manager and get back to me. She didn’t call me back and that was the second consecutive time I was told she’d call her manager and get back to me and she didn’t. I realized that it’s a ploy to avoid providing a response. Armandor was quite possibly the rudest customer service person I have ever encountered. On 4/8 he told me I could go do business at another dry cleaners if I didn’t like his attitude and that is exactly what my partner Worth Houghton and I did.
Last order I was overcharged for two of my shirts - I was charged for dry cleaning when they were just laundered. I was told that a refund was going to be made, but it was never done. I went to the store off Schleisman and Archivald
I have been a customer of the Ontario Rancho store for a little over a year. Recently my dress shirts have been returned with the collar pressed 1/2 way down which makes the collar stand much higher in the back. I have had to iron them along the seam before I could wear them. Last week I picked up my weekly laundry and two of the five shirts were pressed with the collar too high again instead of along the seam.
