Called about a first time pick up and the gentleman was very short, tried to rush me off the phone by telling me he would call me back after he asked his supervisor if I’m in their route. 2 weeks behind on alterations??? Maybe need more staff on that area. No great coming in with very subtle hello compare to next customer, and when I ask how long will it take . She didn’t even check , just said 2 weeks !

Just picked up my work uniforms and the name tag stitching is pulling off. These arw brand new and only the second time I have dry cleaned them. Both times have been by Kona. I have photo's.
