In May 2022 I brought in a $288 beaded dark gray mother of the groom dress to Kona Cleaners on Warner Avenue in Huntington Beach. The seamstress Mee measured for the hem and the dress was left to be hemmed, to be picked up June 10. On June 13 I went to pick up the dress while at the shop she noticed the hem had poor stitching around the two hem layers. On my last couple of visits the instructions for my clothes have not been followed very well. The Military Press I ask for is either not being followed or I am getting double creases on both shirts and pants/shorts. I also get my board shorts pressed and cleaned and the pocket flaps are not buttoned or pressed flat. It is a little disappointing.
For the amount they charged, they misplaced my pants with someone else’s and now I’m stuck with some old washed up and oversized pair that doesn’t fit - extremely dissatisfied and disappointed considering how far I had to drive to Kona thinking it would be more reliable and “reputable”.
Horrible place at the location in Fontana. Very rude service when addressed with a concern. Black clothing came back very ashy. It was brand new when given to the cleaners but came back as if it were a month old. Only location I know that cannot keep the same color of the clothing. Very disappointing service.

Worst place I’ve ever delt with… took these lady’s all brand new black clothing and received nothing but ashy black clothing in return let alone I was charged $80 to receive them back the next day.. upon arrival I was told some of the items were not ready yet so I was forced to wait another day just to receive my close back completely faded..

24 hour automated pickup? Lies. I went to pickup my husband’s work shirts last night, and the door was locked with no way to get in. The open sign was lit and I could see the automated pickup kiosk, but again, no guidance anywhere on how to get in. I checked the emails and texts they sent me - nothing.
