dropped off my wife's coat for cleaning and also wanted a hole sewn in pocket which I pulled out and showed the counter person. The hole was missed.
Had a coat dry cleaned. Very inexpensive.
I had stated that i would like it done same day. Was never contacted to be told it was not done. Tried to pick it up next morning to find out it was not done. Was not given a reason why nor a sorry for your inconvenience. Just a it should be ready by tonight. It was just a coat but with the weather like it is outside right now 2 days without a coat is alot. Then to find out how much it was to have it cleaned was shocking. A price should be given even if it is an estimate at time of drop off. The coat was not that dirty.

I would like lower pricing, but I understand the cost of pick up and delivery is built into the price. I will try the pick up and delivery service.
Suit looks good but I find your prices extremely high. The location is convenient but I will probably go back to my old cleaners
I came in to the Williamsville location to see if I can get a cloth bag re-lined with a zipper change. The first lady I came in contact with was super sweet and explained how long it would take for them to assess the whole job and it wouldn't cost me to do that assessment. That was all fine, I was expecting it to be a difficult job with no promises but they tried. I got a call a few days later that my bag was back and they're sorry, but the bag couldn't be fixed. This was my 1st time using your service. I came to you based on a personal referral. Sadly, I was disappointed with my 1st experience. Your staff was very friendly and I think it is important to point that out prior to complaining. I dropped the clothes off on 7/6 and explained that the expediting of the order was vital as they were for a funeral service. We dropped off several garments for a wedding that we were in and were told it would be ready at 2:00. When we went to retrieve the items at 2:00, we were then told 5:00! This was very unfortunate!!
