Have not opened plastic yet but looks ok. I was there at 8:30am on Saturday, but you r employee was not. I waited about 15 minutes, 2 other people tried to drop off just a few minutes after 8:30. Came back later in day....the guy told me he was running late. I left a few more things.
Clothes were fine. However, the sidewalk was not shoveled. When I mentioned it to the clerk he didn't care. I could understand if it was snowing but it was beautiful out. My clean comforters were getting full snow while I was loading all my cleaning in the car??? Won't go back...
dropped off my wife's coat for cleaning and also wanted a hole sewn in pocket which I pulled out and showed the counter person. The hole was missed.
Had a coat dry cleaned. Very inexpensive.
I had stated that i would like it done same day. Was never contacted to be told it was not done. Tried to pick it up next morning to find out it was not done. Was not given a reason why nor a sorry for your inconvenience. Just a it should be ready by tonight. It was just a coat but with the weather like it is outside right now 2 days without a coat is alot. Then to find out how much it was to have it cleaned was shocking. A price should be given even if it is an estimate at time of drop off. The coat was not that dirty.

I would like lower pricing, but I understand the cost of pick up and delivery is built into the price. I will try the pick up and delivery service.
Suit looks good but I find your prices extremely high. The location is convenient but I will probably go back to my old cleaners
I came in to the Williamsville location to see if I can get a cloth bag re-lined with a zipper change. The first lady I came in contact with was super sweet and explained how long it would take for them to assess the whole job and it wouldn't cost me to do that assessment. That was all fine, I was expecting it to be a difficult job with no promises but they tried. I got a call a few days later that my bag was back and they're sorry, but the bag couldn't be fixed.
