Brought a shirt in with red wines stains . Was not even sure it was clean able. Look like brand new when I picked it ip
My new zipper on my jacket was replaced beautifully. Disappointed the spot (stain) under my hood wasn't removed when jacket was dry cleaned. I was really hoping and praying you would remove it. I wonder what kind of stain it is and how it got there? It is a rust color on an off white jacket and about the size of an inch in length and width. And yes, I did receive your special attention card that stated the stain wasn't overlooked and it wasn't removed without causing damage to the color or material.
I haven't worn the clothes yet, but I'm sure everything will be fine.
Dry cleaned 2 pairs of dress slacks. Slacks were returned on time, looked great, packaged in protective plastic securely, and all at a great price.
I was told my charges for the day would go on my account and my credit card would not be charged till after April 1st. I was charged that night which was March 23rd. Inconvenient for me at that time because I came in with the cash to pay it on the spot and she assured me it was going onto my account instead. Please also know that after doing business with you on that card you had on file in your computer, that particular card (my debit card) was compromised. I was treated professionally and the tailoring was very satisfactory. I am concerned about the red step that you have when a customer needs to go to the back of your store. I tripped on it twice. I would suggest some "watch your step" signage to protect your customer and your business.
The original clerk did not enter my coupon and the clerk that processed the pick up said it was too late. She said she would e-mail the owner about me paying full price and not receiving the discount. I have not been contacted as of today March 17, 2016.
The wool jacket I had cleaned looked great. The only problem I had was with the price. I thought the price of $16.89 was high, even though I was charged $2.00 extra for dog hair removal.
It was a tailoring job....dropped it off on Wed. 12-30 and was promised it to be done on Friday 1-8. Was not done on Friday or even Saturday and was finally promised it would be done Mon.1-12. Was not done on that Monday.....finally it was ready for pickup on Wed. 1-13. For my first experience at Gi-Ro, I was very disappointed with the service. I was pleased with the tailoring job but do not say an order will be done and make the customer keep stopping in in hopes it is ready.
