Excellent Job
My dress was delayed twice. Wednesday about 5:00, I received a phone call to let me know it wouldn't be ready until Thursday after 5. I showed up Thursday shortly after 5:00 and was informed my dress would be ready after 5 on Friday. I was going out of town and told them when I dropped it off I needed it. They were able to promise it for 8:30 am Friday. When asked why it wasn't ready, I was provided the explanation that it was probably forgotten about because gowns are done on Thursdays. Well... took my daughters dress in to be shorten...the young girl (blonde) at your transit road location across from tasty treat, seemed in a rush to get me out of there, even tho I was the only one there, I explained to her what I wanted done to the dress. I repeated it twice she agreed that she understood. Left the dress there got in my car. I wasn't convinced she understood, so I went back and told her again what I wanted, she told me she understood and to come back in a week to pick it up. The young girl never smiled... read more
The quality of the dry cleaning looks good. I was upset at the attendant at the store as she would not accept my $5.00 off coupon for dry cleaning over $25. I spent over $60. She said that I needed to present the coupon at the time of dropping off the clothes to be dry cleaned. There was nothing on the coupon to that effect. She said that there was nothing she could do and made no attempt to call anybody. This was my first time at Gi-Ro Cleaners. First time and never coming back. Horrible experience.
Dropped off wedding gown and asked if I could have it back earlier than 6 to 8 weeks stated by the employee. Gown was done one week later and looks great. Could not get better customer service.
I walked in and there was one person ahead of me and the girl from behind the other counter said may I help you? No waiting at all. That's what I call great customer service!!!!! I will be back again!!! Thank you!!!!!
Have not opened plastic yet but looks ok. I was there at 8:30am on Saturday, but you r employee was not. I waited about 15 minutes, 2 other people tried to drop off just a few minutes after 8:30. Came back later in day....the guy told me he was running late. I left a few more things.
Clothes were fine. However, the sidewalk was not shoveled. When I mentioned it to the clerk he didn't care. I could understand if it was snowing but it was beautiful out. My clean comforters were getting full snow while I was loading all my cleaning in the car??? Won't go back...
