My comforters were ready on time. I like the professional way that they are dry cleaned.
My jacket was still dirty with mud on it, when my mother came to pick it up. Worker was also rude to my mother and misinformed her. (I was on the phone and heard the conversation. ) Very disappointing experience.

Since I live 30 miles from Lockport I only bring my down comforters to your Lockport store. Since they are now bagged in plastic storage bags I always ask that they are allowed to hand for 2 weeks before being put in the bag. I do not have any complaints about the process but I will mention that my experience on delivery to your store and In pickup that both young women that waited on me were abrupt and rude allowing about 6 words to be exchanged upon delivery and pickup. A pair of pants still had a stain on them. There was no explanation if they couldn’t get it out. We see later today if they removed the stain

The Jackets and Suits I dropped off were dry cleaned perfectly, they've actually never been this clean !!! AND , the two young women @the counter are Unbelievably Awesome , so kind and efficient. I will N0T go anywhere else from now on, now that I've found this GEM of a dry cleaers.
