Just was confusing about the cost since you told me in various bits and pieces. At one pint you used the phrase "your total order came to X dollars" but when I came in it was a lot more, since it was not my total order but jsut a part of my order.
I brought in my coat on a Thursday to be dry cleaned, and was told it would be done by Monday or Tuesday. I then received an email notification on Friday that it was finished, and picked it up on Monday. After taking the coat home I was very displeased to find that my coat still had dog hair all over it and looked like it had not been dry cleaned at all. First time and my last time ! Terribly experience and expensive place I’m even had to get!
It's not broken so don't fix it!
I had a suit altered and when I got home and tried it on the pants were way too long. I thought the jacket sleeves were OK. I brought it back and she re did the pant henpms. When I wore the suit I found that she had not moved the buttons over as was part of what need to be done and the hems on the sleeves of the jacket were not done properly. Excellent Job
My dress was delayed twice. Wednesday about 5:00, I received a phone call to let me know it wouldn't be ready until Thursday after 5. I showed up Thursday shortly after 5:00 and was informed my dress would be ready after 5 on Friday. I was going out of town and told them when I dropped it off I needed it. They were able to promise it for 8:30 am Friday. When asked why it wasn't ready, I was provided the explanation that it was probably forgotten about because gowns are done on Thursdays. Well... took my daughters dress in to be shorten...the young girl (blonde) at your transit road location across from tasty treat, seemed in a rush to get me out of there, even tho I was the only one there, I explained to her what I wanted done to the dress. I repeated it twice she agreed that she understood. Left the dress there got in my car. I wasn't convinced she understood, so I went back and told her again what I wanted, she told me she understood and to come back in a week to pick it up. The young girl never smiled... read more
The quality of the dry cleaning looks good. I was upset at the attendant at the store as she would not accept my $5.00 off coupon for dry cleaning over $25. I spent over $60. She said that I needed to present the coupon at the time of dropping off the clothes to be dry cleaned. There was nothing on the coupon to that effect. She said that there was nothing she could do and made no attempt to call anybody. This was my first time at Gi-Ro Cleaners.
