I feel the Letter Jacket we brought in to be cleaned for our son was done very poorly. When we got home and looked at it there were spots on the arm and bottom of the jacket that were not cleaned at all. I ended up spot treating it myself to get the dirt off. Very disappointed since the jacket cost us $16.77. We will not be returning.
Very good service.. tho after I dropped off my suit I saw a van that said free pickup.and delivery.. that was never mentioned when I made a call prior.to drop off
Shirts not done. Cant follow directions. I dropped off 2 shirts and only requested 1 to be military pressed. Both of them were military pressed. Not what i asked for. And to make it worse, the press lines were not straight and had additonal creases in the shirts. It was my first time using this company and i will never return.
No problem with the dry cleaning.
Just was confusing about the cost since you told me in various bits and pieces. At one pint you used the phrase "your total order came to X dollars" but when I came in it was a lot more, since it was not my total order but jsut a part of my order.
I brought in my coat on a Thursday to be dry cleaned, and was told it would be done by Monday or Tuesday. I then received an email notification on Friday that it was finished, and picked it up on Monday. After taking the coat home I was very displeased to find that my coat still had dog hair all over it and looked like it had not been dry cleaned at all. It's not broken so don't fix it!
I had a suit altered and when I got home and tried it on the pants were way too long. I thought the jacket sleeves were OK. I brought it back and she re did the pant henpms. When I wore the suit I found that she had not moved the buttons over as was part of what need to be done and the hems on the sleeves of the jacket were not done properly.
