Very disappointed in the customer service. I just took advantage of the 20% off for cleaning an area rug. I called to check on the pricing. That was not the price I ended up paying. Also too advantage of the statement in the ad for pick up & delivery. "We will pick up your items right from your front door and provide an no-contact delivery, 3 days later." Took my daughter in on Monday morning to have a gown taken in and shorten that she needs to wear for her High School play. Made it VERY CLEAR I had to have the dress done by Friday for dress rehearsal Saturday morning and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. I could pick the dress up after 5:00 pm on Friday March 6th and it would be ready to go. I had a zipper replaced and the stitching on it was done poorly there is loose thread everywhere that gets stuck in the zipper!! Very disappointed...

Horrible place to work!! I was fooled by these people, I thought they were great until I was diagnosed with cancer. They assured me the job would be mine forever, yet after I was out a mere three months for chemotherapy, I was released to come back to work and they laid me off. Two weeks later they fired me. Reason being I was "just going to be going out for more treatments". They are awful to work for. The place is a dump, filthy inside and out, loaded with fire violations along with OSHA violations. 4 pieces to clean only 1 was ready. The other 3 they wanted me to pick up the next day. I insisted they finish it while I was there which they did.

Gi-Ro lost my property and the only lame excuse they could come up with is that it wasn't logged in. They didn't even take responsibility for failing to do their job when my item was turned into them ... they just gave me an excuse and failed to take any responsibility for the loss of my item. I'll never do business with them again, I give them a zero and no stars. The only reason I put one star is unless you give them at least one star you can't post

Service is good but I am disappointed in that they do not button enough buttons on the shirts they launder and press for me. The top of the shirt is buttoned but the bottom half of the shirt is left wide open and oftentimes ends up wrinkled requiring me to “iron” the wrinkles out. When they first did my shirts at least 3 buttons held the shirt properly. I’m actually considering looking elsewhere. You do pay a pretty price for the service.i send a lot of shirts.
