First, I asked about delivery. The girl working did not know anything about delivery or pickup service. Second, I asked for my shirts to be laundered, pressed and boxed. They were returned to me hung AND wrinkled. The pressing of my dress pants was also sub-par. Also, my white dress shirt is now several sizes smaller. I have laundered these items on my own without shrinkage, and one trip to the cleaners proved fatal. Disappointed. I have been a long time loyal customer but the way in which the East Amherst store handled a complaint has caused me to rethink my loyalty. Shame on Ms DeFlippo for insulting my intelligence and my choices in dry cleaning service! I won't be back.
MY CLOTHES ALWAYS COME BACK A MESS. I ASK FOR NO CREASE, I GET CREASE VISE VERSA. IVE GOTTEN RIPS IN MY SHIRTS FROM THE PRESSING. THE FAMILY IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL IN SO MANY WAYS! GO ELSEWHERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
My pants are not supposed to have creases in them, however they sometimes do I've asked for a note to be placed on my account which I think is I was told by a cashier that that sometimes happens...
