Had a dress hemmed I marked where to cut it and it turned out to short. I know I didn't Mark it at that length. $30 was over priced. Will not be taking anything back there.
not satisfied, the shirt was full of black lint and also you could see lint inside the pocket. You should have a price list that customers can see and not be totally shocked when you pick up. Clerk never told me what the total was going to be, advised that I would receive an e-mail which I never got and also no receipt was given for the cash paid.
Everything was slow as there were computer problems... Also Gi-Ro seems to be having more problems getting things clean.. It seems rather than working on it you just put one of your tags on, and that's it.
it was pleasant, although I was told the semstress would be in on that Tues. When I got there on that day, she was not going to be in. That was an inconvenience, but the girl at the counter was very nice, and gave the information as she knew it at that time.
On several occasions my clothes have come back in worse shape, sweaters are always pulled. Will seek a new dry cleaner for sure.
First, I asked about delivery. The girl working did not know anything about delivery or pickup service. Second, I asked for my shirts to be laundered, pressed and boxed. They were returned to me hung AND wrinkled. The pressing of my dress pants was also sub-par. Also, my white dress shirt is now several sizes smaller. Disappointed. I have been a long time loyal customer but the way in which the East Amherst store handled a complaint has caused me to rethink my loyalty. Shame on Ms DeFlippo for insulting my intelligence and my choices in dry cleaning service! I won't be back.
MY CLOTHES ALWAYS COME BACK A MESS. I ASK FOR NO CREASE, I GET CREASE VISE VERSA. IVE GOTTEN RIPS IN MY SHIRTS FROM THE PRESSING. THE FAMILY IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL IN SO MANY WAYS! GO ELSEWHERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
My pants are not supposed to have creases in them, however they sometimes do I've asked for a note to be placed on my account which I think is I was told by a cashier that that sometimes happens...
