This wasn't my first experience But I have to say that 75$ to get 2 leather coats cleaned is a little steep
Wish I had done the delivery service a long time ago. Have been with Gi-Ro for years and always dropped off and picked up in the morning before the gym (right next door) but most of the time would walk out forgetting the dry cleaning. This is extremely convenient.
A couple weeks ago my laundry bag was put out on its scheduled day, Thursday and never picked up. When I called I was told the regular guy was on vacation and was missed due to someone else driving the truck. I was then advised to put my bag out on my next scheduled day. Pants was not cleaned well. Stain was still on the pants. Had to send it back. Never had this problem. This is the first.
Had a dress hemmed I marked where to cut it and it turned out to short. I know I didn't Mark it at that length. $30 was over priced. Will not be taking anything back there.
not satisfied, the shirt was full of black lint and also you could see lint inside the pocket. You should have a price list that customers can see and not be totally shocked when you pick up. Clerk never told me what the total was going to be, advised that I would receive an e-mail which I never got and also no receipt was given for the cash paid.
Everything was slow as there were computer problems... Also Gi-Ro seems to be having more problems getting things clean.. It seems rather than working on it you just put one of your tags on, and that's it.
it was pleasant, although I was told the semstress would be in on that Tues. When I got there on that day, she was not going to be in. That was an inconvenience, but the girl at the counter was very nice, and gave the information as she knew it at that time.
On several occasions my clothes have come back in worse shape, sweaters are always pulled. Will seek a new dry cleaner for sure.
