It was a tailoring job....dropped it off on Wed. 12-30 and was promised it to be done on Friday 1-8. Was not done on Friday or even Saturday and was finally promised it would be done Mon.1-12. Was not done on that Monday.....finally it was ready for pickup on Wed. 1-13. For my first experience at Gi-Ro, I was very disappointed with the service. I was pleased with the tailoring job but do not say an order will be done and make the customer keep stopping in in hopes it is ready.
SORRY TO SAY THEY LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER!!! Brought in a NEW comforter to be cleaned. After bringing it home found the lining all bunched up in several different areas. I called and spoke with a woman who was clearly irritated that I had a problem with the service but did agreed to look at it and see if it could be repaired. We brought it back on Sat. 1/2/16. Everything looked great except My grandsons turtles coat. The stain wasn't able to be taken out. Only thing I was disappointed with.
I already sent an email to your manager. I will not be coming back to your shop. What I was told and what actually happened were two very different things. Your customer service needs a lot of work as far as I am concerned. I don't think you deserve any stars, but your system won't let me submit my comments without a star.
Needed a lot of items dry cleaned in a relatively short period of time. Gi-Ro on Hopkins got the job done and done well.
Had to file a complaint about a lost item Not sure why but service has deteriorated in the past month
Jacket zipper repair looks fine.
Work done was fine. However, I dropped off my items on Monday and they told me they wouldn't be done until Friday. Longer than a typical dry cleaner but I wasn't in a huge rush so I complied. I arrived Friday at 430 and they told me my items weren't ready yet. I was never told a time to be there by/after. Unnaceptable for how long they had to clean my items. My first experience with Gi-Ro and unlikely to reccommend or use again.
When I dropped off my suits there, they told me it would be done by Monday at 4. When I got there on Monday, they weren't done. They said they were input into the system by someone else. Then when I picked up my order the next day they never even tried to give me a discount or anything. I am disappointed with my experience at Gi-Ro
