Gi-ro has cleaned my wool blankets, including an antique Pendleton blanket, multiple times. I was completely satisfied. Last time I brought it on they wrote my name on the label in sharpie....my antique blanket...and then told me it is their policy to do that. Thank God it came out, but until they figure out a better way to identify items.Im super wary They say my account is marked that I don't want my fine woolens drawn on, but is that really something you need to tell your dry cleaner???

Not a complaint ever with cleaning service.
I had spilled barbecue sauce down the front of a long gown I wore at my granddaughters wedding. They removed every trace of it. I was so relieved
Striped leather of its tan color. Leather never even needed to be cleaned
They did an awesome job I was very impressed with the way my laundry came back to me

Dropped off a mattress topper on Saturday was told it would be done the following Friday. I received a call on Thursday that they don’t like to do mattress toppers because the full could expand. Why accept it in the first place? And then waited 5 days to even call me about it.
