Not a complaint ever with cleaning service.
I had spilled barbecue sauce down the front of a long gown I wore at my granddaughters wedding. They removed every trace of it. I was so relieved
Striped leather of its tan color. Leather never even needed to be cleaned
They did an awesome job I was very impressed with the way my laundry came back to me

Dropped off a mattress topper on Saturday was told it would be done the following Friday. I received a call on Thursday that they don’t like to do mattress toppers because the full could expand. Why accept it in the first place? And then waited 5 days to even call me about it.
Very disappointed in the customer service. I just took advantage of the 20% off for cleaning an area rug. I called to check on the pricing. That was not the price I ended up paying. Also too advantage of the statement in the ad for pick up & delivery. "We will pick up your items right from your front door and provide an no-contact delivery, 3 days later." My dry cleaning was dropped off at the wrong house
Took my daughter in on Monday morning to have a gown taken in and shorten that she needs to wear for her High School play. Made it VERY CLEAR I had to have the dress done by Friday for dress rehearsal Saturday morning and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. I could pick the dress up after 5:00 pm on Friday March 6th and it would be ready to go.
