Satisfied customer~good job & price with down comforter
Well my dress was supposed to be done last Wednesday I drove 18 miles to lockport to pick it up to find out it wasn't done. I had to cancel my seamstress appt I made to grt it shortened and then had to find time to drive back. If these are going to be late a text would have been nice

Your prices were very much higher than competition, folding and packing was good. I have to look for another laundry and better prices.

Your driver did not leave me a bag to put my clothes in
My experience was good I was very thankful they red flagged my outfit to be hemmed before I had to leave for a trip and they did a great job however the pressing of my pants suit I did not like because they put a crease in the legs and the scarf ...this pant suit should not have had a crease in the legs so my friend who is 91 years old had to press it out. Other than that I was thankful.

Driver is great
Excellent work. Staff are pleasant and efficient. I have used Giro for about 15 years and will continue to do so.
