Two problems: Dependable Cleaners didn't text me prior to its delivery and apparently didn't take the credit card information that I was required to post on its website when I signed up for contactless delivery. As a result, the delivery person showed up at the same time I had an electrician in the front door vestibule, where the clothing was to be dropped off. Won’t go back there anymore
A consistent problem with the Watertown location and perhaps the business process. My significant VIP rewards are not applied, and there is NO internal process for applying them. It is done manually and I ,the customer was asked to do the work to remind them . Not acceptable and I will be looking elsewhere for another cleaners.
I put in my coupon in the bag as i am a VIP Customer but that coupon wasnt taken into consideration in my bill. The cashier wasnt able to apply the discount after charging me for the full amount. So, I have no idea if i have the credit from bill or not
Half of my clothes were not bar coded so I had to follow up and ask for your employees to search for them in the store and eventually they were found but I had to pick them up. So it was not a very pleasant service last time. Misplacing clothes is not good.
You did not pick up on Tuesday at The Mews once again. You are not dependable. While waiting for delivery on Friday we realized this.so had to call. Counting on clothes for vacation. When you delivered clothes back the following Tuesday you had forgotten my husband's shirts. He had to go and pick them up. When we call to alert you of situations like this you say you will call back and do not.
My order was not ready when promised and I had to return to the store twice (once to find out it wasn’t ready) in order to pick it up. I received a weak “I’m sorry.” Granted this is the first time it’s ever happened but I was not happy.
just glad I got my clothes back in one piece. Spent way too much money on Style for my clothes to look terrible and then to be berated by a manager like I don't understand dry cleaning. never coming back.
My pants shrunk in length and the makeup on my blouse was not removed. I’ve been very disappointed as of late. Customer service is excellent but something is lacking with the cleaning of garments.
