Droped off my dry cleaning in the bag early in the morning, and picked them up after 4pm. Everything was great. Good service and outcome! Just prices are high. I wish they drop them a lower.
The Watertown store does a very good job. The staff is very friendly - always. The service and turn around time is excellent. My only complaint is the pricing seems very high compared to other dry cleaners which has made us reconsider using Dependable.
Dependable Cleaners consistently exceeds my expectations. I drive 40 minutes round-trip to go Dependable Cleaners, and pass many other drycleaners on my way. The service, the care for the clothes, and the people who work there - are all terrific.

I always have a great experience at dependable in Watertown, MA. Staff always greets me with hello and smile! I don't even have to give my phone number as they know it!! Clothes are ready on schedule. I couldn't be happier with the staff and service!! If I had to say anything negative, it would be the cost. I've been going to Dependable for years but I don't dry clean as much due to the rising cost of pants, sweaters, etc. The other thing is the earned $10.00 coupon-is there anyway this could automatically be in your system... read more
My experiences at Dependable Cleaners have been excellent! Lori and her team are true professionals. They are courteous, well informed and they pay attention to detail. Efficient, but expensive. Generally good service. Have screwed up a few things but always made us whole.
My experience was great. Everyone was helpful and efficient.
I received a phone call from the driver when he was enroute. He picked up my clothes from the concierge and returned the next delivery day with my clothes and a bag for the next time. I am very glad I set up this service. Very convenient not having to transport my dry cleaning on the subway.
