Excellent service.The young man who did the pickup was very helpful, did a good job explaining how the service works and I will certainly use you company in the future.
I dropped off 16 pieces on Wednesday 04/24, and was promised they would be ready Thursday. I got there late Friday morning and they could only find 13. Eventually I was told the remaining 3 would be delivered to the Gallen St, Watertown store by close of business Friday. I got there Saturday morning and they only had 2 of 3 pieces. I promptly called the Milton store and the agent told me to expect a call back from the manager on Monday morning. No phone calls on Monday. Send far fewer emails. And I'd like something like the coupon book back. That's easier for me than trying to keep track of all the specials via email.
