Excellent service.The young man who did the pickup was very helpful, did a good job explaining how the service works and I will certainly use you company in the future.
I dropped off 16 pieces on Wednesday 04/24, and was promised they would be ready Thursday. I got there late Friday morning and they could only find 13. Eventually I was told the remaining 3 would be delivered to the Gallen St, Watertown store by close of business Friday. I got there Saturday morning and they only had 2 of 3 pieces. I promptly called the Milton store and the agent told me to expect a call back from the manager on Monday morning. No phone calls on Monday. Great service
Send far fewer emails. And I'd like something like the coupon book back. That's easier for me than trying to keep track of all the specials via email.
I first stop doing Business with you .5 years ago. Because every time I went to pick I would get a story
Two problems: Dependable Cleaners didn't text me prior to its delivery and apparently didn't take the credit card information that I was required to post on its website when I signed up for contactless delivery. As a result, the delivery person showed up at the same time I had an electrician in the front door vestibule, where the clothing was to be dropped off. Won’t go back there anymore
A consistent problem with the Watertown location and perhaps the business process. My significant VIP rewards are not applied, and there is NO internal process for applying them. It is done manually and I ,the customer was asked to do the work to remind them . Not acceptable and I will be looking elsewhere for another cleaners.
