Every time I come to this location, I always get overcharged and coupons are never applied. I was charged $22 to dryclean a blazer which they entered as a coat and $10 to press a pair of pants which they entered as dry cleaning despite my specific instructions. My 25% coupon was not applied, even though the person who took my order assured me that it would be. This is not the first time. I gave a few shirts and blouse for washing but the blouse was dry cleaned to protect the fabric and it costed me $10. It would be good if someone can text me like this survey to confirm before changing the order. Aside from this you did good job !

I do not suggest giving you Canada goose coats to them for dry cleaning. They were supposed to deliver in 2 weeks, it became one month and the attached fur of Canada goose was torn apart on edge when I got the coat back. I Do NOT recommend them for fur attached coats dry cleaning.

While the dry cleaning was adequate, I was just charged around $25 for a very simple repair on a pair of pants. I only had a pocket with a hole in it sewn shut. I have had pants hemmed and other alterations done for less money. I will likely not return to Dependable cleaners after such an overpriced service.

I had to repress my shirts... Two pairs of my dress pants I had hemmed came undone the day I wore them a blouse was ruined and a third pair of pants ripped and split and the rear seam. I will never be going back. I would like to be refunded and for my pants and credited for the 3 tops I had to press. The whole reason for dry cleaning is to take care of your nice garments and the ease of getting ready in the morning. Also being able to depend on your dry cleaner will do there job correctly. Fast and easy. But, I asked for my sweaters to be depilled and they weren’t. Disappointed in that regard

I dropped off with ease but was never told how much my alteration job would cost. I never received an update until it was done, and it then came back more than twice as much as I’ve ever paid elsewhere for similar work. Will not come back again.

I hadn't been to Dependable Cleaners in a while, but decided to give you a chance again. I received emails yesterday informing me that my cleaning was ready. I went this morning and to my great surprise one bag with three of my dress shirts was not to be found. The staff person looked for 5 - 10 minutes while I waited and still could not find the bag. I understand that things happen, but in all of my years of taking my clothes to dry cleaners, my items were never misplaced. I'm upset because I'm traveling very early on ... read more
