I always have a great experience. The ability to drop my VIP bag off is great for me not having to wait for assistance. I live around the corner so the location is convenient. Staff is very friendly.

cleaning was great
Clothes were cleaned very well. I think my linen dress with matching jacket cost too much to clean. The outfit was not charged as a suit, but as separate pieces and cost then much more than I expected. My only complaint would be the price !
Cleaning of sweaters was quick and expertly done. Appreciated the note about their extra effort to get stains out of white sweater
About as easy as it gets. Got pick and delivery at our apartment building everything looked great!!
Quick, easy, organized experience!
Droped off my dry cleaning in the bag early in the morning, and picked them up after 4pm. Everything was great. Good service and outcome! Just prices are high. I wish they drop them a lower.
