I am always very pleased with the way my clothes look after the cleaning. Customer service at the Watertown location is excellent. If I did not know better, I would think they are owners rather than employees. Only issue is the expense; for that reason, I often use a less expensive cleaner near my office. But if cost is not an issue for you, then you can't go wrong with Dependable.
I needed my daughter's prom dress altered on short notice. It was done on time and was perfect.
Counter service people are all very courteous and pleasant. The cleaning peeps got multiple grease stains out (they found all the spots). Nice job all around --TY!

First time customer, and the associates were all amazing. Francisca (Hope I spelled her name correctly) was extremely professional and took her time to go over everything with me. Even the manager greeted me personally. The extra touches go a long way and it is very rare and a nice surprise when some companies actually still value customer service.
I went out of my way in order to use a 20% coupon that I got in the mail. I brought in 2 sweaters and one pair of pants for dry cleaning. I also brought in a very light cotton comforter which I wanted to have washed, not dry cleaned. I was quite upset to find that the total was over $44. Seems outrageous and certainly not a discount. When I asked about the comforter I was told it cost $25.00 and that there had been no discount on that which I had not been told at the time. The comforter cost less than that to buy.
