I went out of my way in order to use a 20% coupon that I got in the mail. I brought in 2 sweaters and one pair of pants for dry cleaning. I also brought in a very light cotton comforter which I wanted to have washed, not dry cleaned. I was quite upset to find that the total was over $44. Seems outrageous and certainly not a discount. When I asked about the comforter I was told it cost $25.00 and that there had been no discount on that which I had not been told at the time. The comforter cost less than that to buy. I always have a great experience. The ability to drop my VIP bag off is great for me not having to wait for assistance. I live around the corner so the location is convenient. Staff is very friendly.

cleaning was great
Clothes were cleaned very well. I think my linen dress with matching jacket cost too much to clean. The outfit was not charged as a suit, but as separate pieces and cost then much more than I expected. My only complaint would be the price !
Cleaning of sweaters was quick and expertly done. Appreciated the note about their extra effort to get stains out of white sweater
