Recently there was a mistake with our delivery service. The order was not picked up on one day and on another day we received two items that did not belong to us. I understand that mistakes happen occasionally, but I am giving a rating of 5 stars for the way this matter was handled by Dependable Cleaners staff. I received a phone call from the manager and the driver after notifying Dependable Cleaners of the mistake. I am always pleased with my dry cleaning. I especially enjoy how the quilts and comforters are packed. And I think it is wonderful that you don't have to continue to remind them how I like my sweaters folded. I do get a little annoyed with the coupon/no coupon thing. I appreciate the $10 credits. They are very helpful.I always come during the week to get further discounts. I love when the staff look up and give you a nice greeting.
