The home pick-ups and drop-offs are, well, dependable. When I happen to run into the driver, he is always very pleasant and professional. The service work out well.
i really enjoy Dependable Cleaners. They are very professional and do a great job with my clothes. I recently spilled blueberry juice on my favorite white shirt and i couldn't believe they were able to get the stain out without a trace.
I dropped off my daughter's wedding gown to be clean and preserved. Lori took in the gown explained every aspect of the cleaning and preservation process. She was knowledgeable, professional, personable; simply a delight to work with. She quoted three months for the process, but I got a call a month later saying that the gown was ready for pickup.
Very pleased with the service...... most convenient for a busy lifestyle. Work is excellent!
Has been great experience so far in terms of pick-up/delivery:-) Collars in men's shirt most of time come back ironed/folded in a wrong way and wrinkled. We requested avoid specifically that but haven't seen an improvement so far. But because of the convenience and a friendly pick-up/delivery person we have not changed the service yet.
Always on time, polite delivery drivers, professionally-done laundry and dry-cleaning. Highly recommended.

It was excellent. I called the service to say that I had forgotten to leave our clothing out and the delivery person had already left the previous load. He immediately returned and picked up the clothing. Could not be better.
