I am always pleased with my dry cleaning. I especially enjoy how the quilts and comforters are packed. And I think it is wonderful that you don't have to continue to remind them how I like my sweaters folded. I do get a little annoyed with the coupon/no coupon thing. I appreciate the $10 credits. They are very helpful.I always come during the week to get further discounts. I love when the staff look up and give you a nice greeting.

We love you guys in Watertown... we drive all the way from Brookline so you KNOW that we think you you do a great job! I know you have delivery, but we don't really have a place for the clothes to be hung (outside our home) and we don't want to have to be here to receive them. It is complicated.
