This was my first time at the store. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. I even got recommendations for a bakery in the area and how to take the express bus to Boston.
The quality of the cleaning is high, they never break shirt buttons, and they attach a note when they can't remove a stain, so you know they've tried. Delivery/pickup service is very dependable. Best cleaner I've ever had in 25 years.

Lynn was extremely attentive and professional when I called her about getting my wedding dress steamed before the big day. Given the short time frame between the last fitting and the wedding, most places would not do the work, nor did they have the equipment. a bit more than I expected to pay, one more day longer than they promised but overall great service.
The home pick-ups and drop-offs are, well, dependable. When I happen to run into the driver, he is always very pleasant and professional. The service work out well.
i really enjoy Dependable Cleaners. They are very professional and do a great job with my clothes. I recently spilled blueberry juice on my favorite white shirt and i couldn't believe they were able to get the stain out without a trace.
I dropped off my daughter's wedding gown to be clean and preserved. Lori took in the gown explained every aspect of the cleaning and preservation process. She was knowledgeable, professional, personable; simply a delight to work with. She quoted three months for the process, but I got a call a month later saying that the gown was ready for pickup.
Very pleased with the service...... most convenient for a busy lifestyle. Work is excellent!
