I have to say I have not been disappointed since going to Dependable Cleaners. The quality of work, customer service, and having orders ready when told they would be has been great. Reason for 4 stars is the price. I noticed the prices have gone up. If there were more incentives given for long time and frequent customers it would be appreciated. I know you have the $10.00 discount after so many points but that really now only covers 1 item.

I really appreciated getting the reminders that I had items waiting for me to pick up. It's so easy to forget, lose the slip, etc. Everyone I've met at Dependable Cleaners has been terrific.
I was hesitant for years to try Dependable because I though I should support small businesses. I was wrong! Everyday as my 504 bus went by I always saw a lot of activity. When I needed a bunch of things quickly for a trip in 3 days, I decided to give it a try. My 1st order, but I'm super satisfied. Garment was very well cleaned, but took a week to be delivered as they did not set up my account for delivery. Wasn't a problem because I didn't need the garment, but it could have been a very big issue under other circumstances.

This was my first time at the store. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. I even got recommendations for a bakery in the area and how to take the express bus to Boston.
The quality of the cleaning is high, they never break shirt buttons, and they attach a note when they can't remove a stain, so you know they've tried. Delivery/pickup service is very dependable. Best cleaner I've ever had in 25 years.
