Just received an email stating that my order is ready for pickup. I do like getting them. Upon reading my most recently received message, and it being Sunday, I asked myself what your hours are on today. Brought a good deal of laundry for wash and fold, mostly cotton shirts, chino pants, and a few casual dress shirts. Laundry came out very hard and stiff, one of the shirts in particular (a very soft Gap T) was super scratchy and rough. Found what I believe to be a new stain on a pair of pants. Two of the button ups had the collars pressed in weird positions, and were stretched in a strange way so the buttons didn't really line up. Very bad experience, smeone suppose to call me after they overcharged and I never received the phone call.
Left a pair of jeans to be hemmed 2 inches. Picked the jeans up only to find that they were cut two inches, not hemmed! Returned with the jeans to be hemmed but now hoping they aren't too short since someone did not give attention to what was required. You need a new seamstress/tailor! This is the second problem with alterations, but this will be our last! This is an inconvenience and a costly mistake.
My orders always come back with a mistake. It needs to be re-done 90% because the employees at the plant do NOT read. The staff is unpleasant & make you feel like you're an inconvenience. They do look like they do NOT want to work there. Certainly would
Upon drop off, I was assured that my requested order was clear. I had 10 shirts for press only, 2 dresses to be drycleaned and a dress that needed a seam touched up. Of my items, the shirts were the only items completed correctly. The seam was still open and the dirty dresses had been pressed when brought out for payment. Really quite uneventful, though I did use my $10.00 reward coupon and found out, for the first time I might add, that the coupon must be used when dropping off one's cleaning. I informed the clerk that this was the first time I had heard this information. I find this policy negative and down right predatory towards customers. If one earns a reward,why not be able to use it at your discretion, not as a tool to lure your customer back into the shop. Overall I was pleased. However, when I went to pay the bill I noticed that while I was given the Senior Citizen discount the coupon of $0.44 for each of the five shirts I had laundered was not given. The clerk informed me that the discount was either one or the other, that is, the Senior Citizen discount or the coupon discount. This was news to me. AWEFUL, AWEFUL AWEFUL AWEFUL AWEFUL!!!!!! liars and deceptive-first time customer and they deceived me about the cost after I asked for the senior discount-they increased the price and claimed it was because there was a stain on the slacks-well that is why I wanted them cleaned--DAH!!!! "So you charge by the number of stains and not the 'Original' price that I was given???" The price was increased by the Senior Discount amount-go figure!!!!
