When I drop off clothes, slip showed no prices, gentleman that took my clothes all he kept saying when I asked if they could be ready around 4pm, ready after 5, also asked what the amount would be and he handed me a price list for me to figure out. Not friendly, no customer service. Not sure who took over that store , but I will never go back there unless there is a valuable couple to make it worth my while. French cuff shirt done twice still dirty around cuffs and neck bad cleaning job!!!
The stain from my dress wasn't removed. There's a tag on it that says that you're still aware of the stain and that it couldn't be further removed. I'm quite certain my other dry cleaner would be able to get this out. The dress fabric is not likely to be destroyed by removing this stain. Seems a bit overpriced for the mediocre result.
1- the young man usually there around 7pm is very kind and helpful. He is the only reason I gave 4 stars 2- I always get my shorts with broken collar like they have been pushed or pressed or didn't get ironed well 3- I have few shirts that collars get buttoned and almost every time they get ironed before buttoning them. So if I try to put tie on and button them, they would stand awkwardly. 4- one of the middle aged lady is very rude and impolite, perhaps she doesn't understand how business is?
You guys have emailed me several times saying that I have a shirt there. I went to pick it up and you were not able to find it. Please look around and find it or have the manager call me at 857.939.1354. Thanks Andres Echeverri
One of the folded shirts came back with the front completely wrinkled because only two of the buttons had been fastened. The answer I got is that unless I am willing to pay $7.96 per shirt, that is normal procedure. I won't be sending any dress shirts to Dependable in the future.
It is fine. there have been some issues in the past but they seem to have been resolved.
I had a lot of shirts that I got back. However, many of my shirts were wrinkled because they were grouped and tied together. There needs to be a better way for you to return my shirts in a way where they're not wrinkled or in better words "creased" from being crammed among many other shirts. I was not happy to have to re-iron my shirts if I'm paying for dry cleaning.
Overall, the service is good. The prices are a bit high, however. Also, my last delivery included two blouses that were not mine, and I was charged for the services related to those blouses.
