Ruined my down winter coat beyond repair. Coat cannot be replaced. I will never return.
I took curtains in on a Tuesday to be dry cleaned. I was told I would be called with a cost estimate prior to the cleaning. Wednesday afternoon I stopped by and was again told I would get a cost estimate and that nothing would be done without my okay. I was told the cleaning would take a week, AFTER I gave my approval. You should consider changing your name to Undependeable. I left some shirts to be laundered early in the morning before my upcoming trip. When I dropped them off, the clerk said they would be ready the next day at 5:30. I said "no, I need them by the end of the day, bacuse I am going on a trip". She said, "ok, no problem". I stopped by at 6:45 PM to pick them up and half the shirts were not ready. She looked in the computer and said eth shirts were finished but they were not delivered. They are usually quite good, but my last order came back and all of the cloths smelled dirty and one even had a stain on it. It looks like they just pressed them with an iron after I dropped them off and handed them back to me.
Have been a customer for years. Never a problem.
We are long time Dependable customers and would never go elsewhere. Monica is the best!
It was okay-- not the service people but a situation that took place and not settled to my satisfaction.
I would definitely check out a different location but I haven't had the best experience at this location. Staff is very friendly and helpful but the actual cleaning of my garments are less than satisfactory. At least one of my items has always been returned with a small stain that was not there previously or with a small hole, rip, or tear.
Very Disappointed! I am a first time customer and you have lost my belongings.. I dropped off 5 window valances, and you only had 3 when I picked up. This is a set for my kitchen so I hope Dependable finds the missing pieces. I will probably not do business with Dependable again
