I'm not sure why I'm receiving a survey about my "first" visit. I've been a customer for some time. Ironically, this survey comes after my worst experience with the Watertown store. I'm still waiting to hear from the manager, so the issue is unresolved. The problem is that I brought in a cotton jacket/short coat to be dry cleaned. I believe it was washed instead. When I came to pick it up, it was three shades lighter in color and puckered. That is completely unacceptable.

I am a Home Delivery customer. Last Tuesday I sent 3 shirts for dry cleaning. Usually they are returned Friday the same week. I received one on Friday, another one today, and just called as was told the final one will be returned this Friday. While I enjoy the convenience of Home Delivery, I could have walked 5 minutes to my local dry cleaner and had the items back the very next day...and they would have called me if they'd been delayed for some reason.

I really did not like what i saw when i picked up my clothes. Well, some of my clothes. I left 4 pieces and 2 were my favorite jackets. When i went yo check how tvey were cleaned my burberry jacket was still dirty in the neck part and the belt which i payed extra to get cleaned was never even washed. My other white jacket was just as dirty as i left it there the sleeves were dirty and i was told it was stained when it was clearly not washed correctly. While you have a great turnaround time, I was disappointed in your customer service and will likely be finding a new company to do my dry cleaning. I recently received an e-mail advertising your climate controlled vault, at the bottom of which was a coupon for "15% OFF Dry Cleaning savings for Joseph". The body of the e-mail also said "Bring in the coupon below and save 15% on your next dry cleaning order, from now through June 10th, 2015". Lisa was the the associate who took my transaction. I aksed her to pay by using gift card first, and then credit card. She was not good with computer, applied all charges to my credit card. I told her she made mistake, she talked back with, "You are not listening." and claiming what she did was right. I asked her to leave a note to store manager to call me back on Monday, 6/1/15. But up to now, still nobody called me back.

This was not my first visit. Although I am relatively new to the Watertown store, I have been using Dependable Cleaners for at least 5 years now. I was not impressed by the staff in Watertown. They seemed very unfriendly and not willing to answer simple questions regarding the coupon presented. For example, when I asked how much the order would cost with the coupon, the clerk responded by saying, "I don't know, I'm not good at math". Very off putting response. I will not go out of my way to use the store again.

staff at Hingham store is very friendly & helpful, but the presser(s) at the production facility either don't look at the special instructions tags or can't press suit/sport coats per instructions . Specifically, I instruct that the collars be pressed (vs rolled on a form) in order to ensure that the outer collar covers the backing. I consistently have to request that the cleaned and (improperly) pressed coats be returned for rework. This is that third or fourth season with this complaint. I'm a very upset customer. Careless error charging my dry clean order ($137) TWICE to the account that is on file when I specifically said "NO... Using this card" (holding the card in my hand) Spent almost an hour waiting for the person to fix it. She was very sorry and promised that it would NOT go through. When I check the account there are TWO charges on it. And NO credit. Im very upset and stressed over this. I am waiting patiently for a call back for someone to quickly fix this. This was not my first trip by any means. In fact, I'm quite annoyed. Everytime I want stains removed I instruct them to use harshest chemicals at the onset. I've never had damage and the mgmt notated my account to reflect that request multiple times. Once again (my third trip) on this item - stain still there, harshest chemicals not used despite 2 previous requests. Looking at my acct - notation was gone.
